Therefore, the third power is called the power of knowing various inclinations. That is, the power arising from desire, hatred, faith, etc., that is, the inclination arising from the power of the seed, which is a variety of very different inclinations, inferior, medium, and any particularly superior inclination, and the most excellent inclination. And using all practices other than those inclinations to cover the previously mentioned seed of inclination, that is, the inclination that obscures inclination, also knows the three times, that is, it can enter, therefore it is the power that pervades all phenomena of inclination. Therefore, the fourth power is said to be the power of knowing various realms. Regarding the classification of the Buddha realm, those who are proficient say that the eye, form, and eye consciousness, ear, etc., and the emptiness of those natures, are the realms. And for all the differences in the classification of all realms, the wisdom of the perfect Buddhas enters in an infinite way. Therefore, the fifth power is said to be the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties. It is considered that non-true pervasive thought and very sharp faculties such as faith are superior. And it is said that the state of medium faculties and dull faculties are not superior. And the twenty-two faculties such as the eye, the faculties can accomplish the result with each other, that is, for each nature, it has the power of knowing all aspects without attachment. Second, the sixth power is considered to be the power of knowing the path to all destinations. Some paths are the path to Buddhahood, some are the Bodhi of the Pratyekabuddha, some are the Bodhi of the Shravaka, and some are the paths taken by pretas, animals, gods, humans, and hells, etc. For those paths, it has the power of unobstructed, infinite wisdom. The seventh power is said to be the power of knowing all defilements and purifications. The infinite world is the difference of existing yogis, that is, different characteristics, the four dhyanas and eight liberations, and the various samadhis from where, and the difference of entering cessation samapatti, one and continuous, that is, the final abode.
