也愿我生生世世，为无量众生成办一切利益，愿我与观世音菩萨一样伟大！ 这是由释迦比丘，名曰讲修者，于卓尼寺以信心所作。吉祥！ 顶礼至尊度母： 世间之父青颈者，驾乘于云端之上， 白莲之眼等，于此三有之中， 广为人知，骄矜者之顶饰， 以莲足恭敬依止，顶礼至尊度母。 如融化的黄金与因陀罗青宝石相混之色， 一面二手，具足十六妙龄之青春， 具足寂静微笑之姿态，以右伸左屈之势， 于莲月之上，美丽无比，我顶礼。 以右手善妙伸展之胜施印， 如意满足众生之愿望， 左手以三宝印象征之救护印， 救脱一切贫乏，我顶礼。 如帝释之箭，如绿松石之供养树， 以各种天物丝绸之衣裳覆盖， 如秋季天空中的星辰之链， 以珍宝严饰，美丽无比，我顶礼。 以极明之相好庄严之身， 令人心醉之音声，如亿万乐器之声， 甚深广阔之智慧大海之意， 任运成就事业，我顶礼。 诸佛之智慧、慈悲与能力， 汇聚一体之自性，天女之身， 仅忆念亦能赐予胜共一切， 成就无余，我顶礼。 凡诸为痛苦所强烈折磨者， 彼等一切之怙主救护即我， 如是亲口承诺般，从慈悲之云中， 降下利乐之大雨，我顶礼。 一次加上十双之顶礼， 仅念诵大明咒“达热”， 便能息灭八大怖畏与一切疾病魔障， 赐予寿命、权势与福德，我顶礼。 事业能力无有阻碍之， 明智之天女度母之众等， 亦恒常依止于您之莲足，为众生之， 息灭痛苦而精勤，我顶礼。 如是依靠至尊救护者您之加持， 愿暂时之不顺违缘皆平息， 顺缘善妙圆满如意成就， 最终获得圆满佛果！ 略赞狮子贤森林度母。

May I also, in all my lives, accomplish all the benefits for limitless beings, may I be as great as Avalokiteśvara! This was composed with faith by the Shakya monk, named Recitation and Practice, at Jone Monastery. Auspiciousness! Homage to Jetsun Drolma: The father of the world, the blue-necked one, rides on the clouds, The white lotus eyes, etc., in these three realms, Widely known, the crown of all the proud, With lotus feet respectfully rely on, I bow to Jetsun Drolma. The color of melted gold mixed with Indra sapphire, One face, two hands, possessing the youth of sixteen, Possessing a peaceful and smiling demeanor, with right extended and left contracted, On the lotus moon, beautiful beyond compare, I prostrate. With the right hand well extended in the supreme giving mudra, Fulfilling the hopes of beings as desired, The left hand with the refuge-giving mudra symbolizing the Three Jewels, Saving from all poverty, I prostrate. Like Indra's weapon, like a turquoise offering tree, Covered with various divine silk garments, Like a string of stars in the autumn sky, Adorned with precious jewels, beautiful beyond compare, I prostrate. A body adorned with perfectly clear marks and signs, A captivating voice like the sound of a hundred thousand lutes, A mind of vast and profound wisdom, Effortlessly accomplishing activities, I prostrate. The wisdom, compassion, and power of all the Buddhas, A nature gathered into one, the form of a goddess, Even remembering her grants supreme and common, Accomplishments without exception, I prostrate. Whoever is tormented by the force of suffering, For all those, I am the protector and refuge, As if vowing with her mouth, from the clouds of compassion, Raining down great showers of benefit and happiness, I prostrate. With one plus ten pairs of prostrations, Just by reciting the great mantra "Tāre", Clearing away the eight great fears and all diseases and evil spirits, Granting life, power, and merit, I prostrate. The hosts of the goddess of knowledge, Drolma, whose activities and abilities are unimpeded, Also constantly rely on your lotus feet, for the sake of beings, Striving to pacify suffering, I prostrate. Thus, through the power of supplicating you, the supreme refuge, May all unfavorable and conflicting circumstances be pacified, May favorable conditions and collections of goodness be accomplished as desired, And may we ultimately attain the state of Buddhahood! 此亦由名谓释修的比丘释迦以信心所造。 祈祷文： 诸佛慈悲之幻化， 显现殊妙天女身， 三界之中尊胜母， 顶礼广为人知之莲足。 无垢莲月之上您的身， 如于信心乳海之水晶塔， 饰以迷人珍宝庄严， 犹如雪山之巅星光闪耀。 中间及左右分开的三面容， 如同海螺、纯金与蓝宝石， 娇媚与忿怒，美妙之姿态， 如同吸引具信者心之铁钩。 如莲藕般洁白四只右手中， 持有各种金刚、长寿、胜施印， 左手期克印、持索、施无畏， 手持弓箭与寿命宝瓶，更显庄严。 您的身躯以各种丝绸装饰， 犹如月亮穿上彩虹衣裳， 迷人光芒普照十方， 犹如太阳散发光芒。 双足不离跏趺坐， 虽恒常安住于法界， 然于无量刹土中，化现无数身， 犹如天鹅湖中月亮之倒影。 观音菩萨、金刚手菩萨， 不动明王、欲王、青色大力士， 不死之子们于您身之左右， 以及四方，行持您的事业。 智慧于所知一切无有障碍， 慈爱无别普及一切众生， 力量无碍行持事业者， 顶礼一切有情之怙主。 如是恭敬依止您的莲足， 一心祈祷念诵殊胜陀罗尼， 祈愿如诸佛所说之利益， 无欺显现，成办事业。 特别是智慧敏锐、长寿无病、远离邪魔， 忆念前世、应供、净除业障， 以及死后往生极乐世界等， 愿如能仁之语，于我皆得成就。 此亦由名谓释修者以信心所造。 顶礼文殊菩萨： 从世间自在齿间莲苑中， 善生妙音天女皆雪白， 如同天道而来之星宿之王， 祈请降临我心之湖。

Prayer: The dance of compassion of all the Buddhas, Manifesting as the form of a supremely beautiful goddess, Known throughout the three realms as the Victorious One, I prostrate to your lotus feet. Your body upon a spotless lotus moon, Like a crystal stupa in an ocean of faith, Adorned with captivating precious ornaments, Like stars adorning the peak of a snow mountain. Your three faces, separated in the center, right, and left, Like conch, pure gold, and sapphire, The very essence of grace, wrath, and beauty, Like an iron hook attracting the hearts of the faithful. With your four right hands, white as lotus stems, You bestow various vajras, long life, and supreme power. Your left hands display threatening mudras, hold lassos, and grant fearlessness. Beautiful with bow and arrow and the vase of life. Your body adorned with various silks, Like the moon wearing a rainbow, Captivating rays of light radiating in all ten directions, Like the rays of the sun spreading its work. Your two feet inseparable in the vajra posture, Though always abiding in the realm of Dharma, In infinite realms, countless emanations, Like the reflection of the moon in a swan lake. Avalokiteshvara, Vajrapani, Achala, Desire King, and the powerful blue one, The immortal sons on your right and left, And in the four directions, accomplish your deeds. Wisdom unobstructed in all that is knowable, Love unbiased pervading all beings, Power unimpeded, accomplishing deeds, I prostrate to the protector of all sentient beings. Thus, having respectfully relied on your lotus feet, Praying single-mindedly, reciting the supreme mantra, May the benefits as spoken by the Buddhas, Undeceivingly manifest, accomplishing deeds. Especially sharp intellect, long life, freedom from disease and harm, Remembrance of past lives, being worthy of offerings, purification of karmic obscurations, And rebirth in Sukhavati after death, May all these be accomplished for me according to the words of the Sage. Praise to Manjushri: From the lotus garden of the teeth of the Lord of the World, Well-born Saraswati swans, all white, Like the king of stars coming from the path of the gods, Please come to the lake of my mind.
