祈请您，怙主！ 愿我和我的眷属所受的损害， 疾病、邪魔、障碍、近害得以平息， 顺缘、所愿之事如意成就。 这是名为讲修者所写。 顶礼 具有安乐净土之主无量光， 三界怙主观世音自在， 为调伏难驯者而显现忿怒尊之身相， 忿怒之王马头明王足。 于山上升起的日轮之上， 由红色ཧྲཱིཿ (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ， 汉语字面意思：大悲心)字放出光芒而生， 如红莲宝山般的身体， 伸屈之姿安住的您，我顶礼。 红、绿、极白的三个面容， 如珊瑚、酥油、月亮之轮。 绿黑色的马头，发出马嘶之声， 如同千鼓齐鸣。 可怖的张口，紧咬牙齿， 如同吞噬三界邪魔一般。 六手高举令人畏惧的兵器， 如同将三界众生化为灰烬。 头发倒竖，每个面容都有三只眼睛， 干颅骨为头饰，湿颅骨为项链垂挂。 四肢以蛇束缚，身穿虎皮裙， 具备九种舞姿的您，我赞叹。 从身体的各个部分和毛孔中， 与末劫之火一同， 放射出光芒， 无数手持各种兵器的忿怒小尊， 变幻出无数化身，我顶礼赞叹。 赞颂忿怒之王您，愿我和我的眷属， 所受的损害，星曜、国王、龙族、邪魔等， 所有邪魔种类全部平息， 赐予长寿、无病、安乐的利乐事业。 这是名为讲修者所作。 顶礼 毗卢遮那佛智慧幻化的舞姿， 为摧毁所有魔军而显现忿怒之身， 不为四魔的恐惧所动摇的， 至尊不动怙主。 于无垢莲花盛开的中央， 从རཾ་ (藏文，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：火)字所生的日轮之上， 以魔王为座垫，极其威严的， 伸屈之姿安住…… 如同因陀罗蓝宝石般深蓝， 右手持燃烧的宝剑， 左手作威吓印，摧毁所有魔军的您…… 燃烧的头发，呈红黄色向上竖立，

I beseech you, Protector! May the harm to me and my retinue, Sickness, evil spirits, obstacles, and near harms be pacified, And may favorable conditions and desired aims be accomplished as wished. This was written by one named Shedrup. Homage to the Lord of the Blissful Realm, Limitless Light, The Protector of the Three Realms, Avalokiteśvara, Who manifested as the Lord of Wrathful Ones to subdue the unruly, Wrathful King Hayagriva. Upon the sun disc rising from the mountain, From the red syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Great compassion) emitting light, A body like a red ruby mountain, I bow to you who dwells in a posture of extending and contracting. The three faces, red, green, and very white, Like coral, butter, and the moon's disc. The green-black horse head, the sound of neighing horses, Like a thousand drums sounding at once. The terrifying open mouth, the teeth tightly clenched, As if devouring the evil spirits of the three realms at once. The six hands brandishing unbearable weapons, As if reducing the beings of the three realms to ashes. The hair standing on end, each face with three eyes, A garland of dry skulls, a necklace of wet skulls hanging down. Limbs bound with snakes, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, I praise you who possesses the nine dances. From every part of the body and every pore, Together with the light of the final age, Countless small wrathful ones holding various weapons, Creating countless emanations, I bow and praise. By praising you, Wrathful King, may we, The harm we suffer, planets, kings, nagas, and so on, All kinds of evil spirits be completely pacified, And may you accomplish the activity of long life, health, and happiness. 圆润三目怒视睁，面容怒色额间聚，珍宝丝绸为庄严。毛尖涌出大智慧火，无数化身遍十方。以大威力，摧毁一切魔障。至上之心虽未离寂静之态，为调伏顽劣而现忿怒之身。具毁灭之相，持勇士之征，敬礼忿怒尊之足。如是专心祈请您，违缘疾病邪魔悉平息，顺缘寿命财富福慧等，无需勤作任运成就祈加持。此乃闻思名称者所作。如此之祈请与赞颂，虽先后所作，然汇集一处，于其间刊刻之时，其间之书写者，乃于星算与诗歌等文化，智慧广博之乔隆噶举巴洛桑旺秋也。吉祥！吉祥！

With round, three eyes glaring in anger, face contorted, wrath gathered at the brow, adorned with precious silks. From the tips of the hairs, great wisdom fire and countless emanations radiate in all ten directions. With great power and strength, may you utterly destroy all obstacles and demons. Although your supreme mind does not stir from the state of peace, you manifest a fiercely wrathful form to subdue the unruly. Possessing the demeanor of destruction, holding the signs of a hero, I prostrate to the feet of the Wrathful King. Thus, by praying to you with one-pointed devotion, may all adverse conditions, illnesses, and evil influences be pacified, and may favorable conditions such as longevity, wealth, merit, and wisdom be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished. This was composed by one named Shedrup (Study and Practice). These prayers and praises, although composed at different times, were compiled into one place, and the scribe who inscribed them in between was Khyunglung Kachuwa Lobsang Wangchuk, who has extensive knowledge of astrology, poetry, and other cultural arts.
