And, from that, the fist clenched tightly, the vajra-bound mudra at the heart, with the two thumbs aligned and pressed together, is the alluring one. The vajra-bound mudra fully extended, made in the manner of binding a garland, is the garland mother. From the vajra-bound mudra, the vajra palms emerging, in the manner of uttering words, appearing upwards from the mouth, is like the songstress. From the vajra-bound mudra, the dance performed with palms placed on the crown of the head, is the dancer. The mudra itself placed forward in a downward-pouring manner is the incense mother. That itself stretched upwards is the flower mother. In front, the two thumbs aligned and circling, is the lamp mother. From that, making the gesture of applying fragrance, is the scented water mother. From that, bending the two fingers, is the iron hook. From that, the two tips joined, is the rope. From that, one intertwined with the other, is the iron chain. From that, the two thumbs bent inwards and used, is the descending one. The left hand makes the Tathagata fist, and with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand, starting from the little finger, opening up with the palm hollow, is that of the Fortunate Aeon ones. The two hands joined in prayer, with all fingers full, abiding as in the ritual, then spreading outwards, with the tips of the thumb and little finger joined and the other three fingers extended, is that of the Hearers. The two hands joined in prayer, with the fingertips gradually gathered and joined together, the two thumbs erected and bent, is that of the Solitary Realizers. The vajra-bound mudra bound inwards, with the two middle fingers joined at the tips and extended, and the latter four fingers erected separately, is the oath mudra of the Wrathful Ones. For worldly people in general, the palms extended or the palms like a lotus, is said to be the lotus hand. These oath mudras mainly appear in the practice tantras, and similarly, there are also slightly different statements in the Mayajala, etc. Some people do not distinguish between the three differences of oath mudra, mahamudra, and karma mudra and use them arbitrarily, and some differences also arise due to different ways of understanding. For example, in the context of Vajra Speech, from that, making a lotus-like gesture is called the speech mudra. Some make the hands open like a lotus, while others make the two fingers in the manner of a lotus.

It appears as such. However, the intention seems to be the latter, which needs to be examined. The Mahamudra, as it appears in the ritual and commentary, should be practiced by contemplating it as in the case of the direct realization of the Mahamudra of each deity. The Karma Mudra is: as it appears in the condensed version, one should perform the dance that arises from the vajra fist of dance, song, and so on. According to the custom of Kunzang Nyingtik, the left hand is placed at the navel in the mudra of Samadhi, and the right hand is held in the manner of holding a vajra at the heart, which is the Karma Mudra of Vairochana. Similarly, the right hand successively makes the four mudras of touching the earth, bestowing blessings, Samadhi, and fearlessness, and then the left hand vajra fist is placed at the heart in the manner of holding the hem of the Dharma robe, which is the Karma Mudra of the four Tathagatas, such as Shyong Gyal. The left hands of the four consorts all rest on the seat, and the right hands successively make the gesture of the eye with the tips of the thumb and forefinger touching at the heart, the gesture of holding a vajra, the gesture of holding a lotus, and the gesture of holding an utpala flower, which is prevalent in practice. In the ritual and commentary, etc., in the context of the Karma Mudra, it is said that the four consorts are bound like the Mahamudra without hand implements, so it seems that one does not make the form of holding a hand implement with the right hand, but whether one does or does not make the appearance of holding a hand implement, one must contemplate the form without hand implements in one's mind? I think so. The left vajra fist is placed with the palm facing inward and bent. The right fist is held upright and placed at the heart in the manner of emptiness, which is that of Vajrasattva. The right vajra fist is placed in front of the heart. Again, the left fist is placed in front of it, making the gesture of holding an iron hook, which is that of the King. The left vajra fist is placed upright on the heart, and the right vajra fist is placed face down on top of it, and the right vajra fist makes the gesture of drawing an arrow, drawing the bow from the ear to the heart, and then making the gesture of shooting an arrow, which is that of attachment. The two vajra fists are joined together and placed at the heart, and the thumb and forefinger are used to ring the bell, making the gesture of bestowing goodness, which is that of goodness. The two vajra fists are placed at the place of empowerment, the hairline, which is that of Ratnasambhava. The two vajra fists are rotated circularly to the right at the heart, contemplating
