Do not start with "ཇུག་པས་". Thus, the heroes, with the twenty-four channels (Tibetan: རྩ་བཞི་), contemplate that all these states of the practitioners pervade the twenty-four inner places, including the crown chakra, together with the heroines. Thus, the twenty-four heroes, as well as the dakinis, yoginis, such as the extremely wrathful mothers, the twenty-four, in order to accomplish all activities such as pacification, the practitioners should visualize them residing in the spokes of the three wheels of body, speech, and mind. This also symbolizes the other deities, and should be thought of as one pair of two. One who desires to accomplish siddhis should abide in extreme equanimity, and this nature of the mandala of the deity should be constantly contemplated. And with the rituals described in the previous second and third chapters, offer to the net of dakinis, that is, the wheel surrounded by the assembly, that is, the wheel, that is, the Chakrasamvara wheel. Third, contemplate the yoginis of the great wheel of the mandala. As previously stated, this offering is the basis of all siddhis, as declared by hundreds of thousands of millions of Buddhas such as Vairochana, and hundreds of thousands of millions of heroes such as Heruka. The greatness of the heroes is that each hero is surrounded by such each yogini, and each dakini, by hundreds of thousands of millions of countless retinues. The greatness of the yoginis is that the number of retinues of the yoginis, the dakinis, the embodied mothers, the severed-birth mothers, the Lamas, etc., the eight gate-guarding mothers, and the chief mothers, is also as before. All of these strive to accomplish all siddhis, therefore they are beneficial to the practitioners. Third, from the Tantra of the Condensed Exposition of Glorious Heruka, the places of all the heroes and yoginis, that is, Mount Meru, etc., and the secret, that is, the chapter on the ritual of contemplating the mandala of the deity, that is, the commentary on the forty-eighth chapter. Fourth, the extensive explanation of the examination of seven births, in three parts: vowing to explain, explaining the meaning of the vow, and the title of the chapter. First, after that, something different from the previous one will be explained. What is that? As the fourteenth chapter previously explained, the same ritual, with the yoga of the donkey as the preliminary, should accomplish the seven births of that animal. The Sanskrit word for animal is "གཽ་ན".

It is considered to include श्रेष्ठ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). The necessity of doing so is that any practitioner who knows this will quickly accomplish the siddhis that will be explained, so it will be explained. The second part is divided into three parts: making images of livestock from rice flour; the characteristics of श्रेष्ठ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) and the actions based on it; and showing that the practice of that action is श्रेष्ठ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). The first part is: the mantra practitioner should make images of humans and livestock on rice flour dough with rice flour that grows in winter. In order, it is humans and so on. Humans, turtles, mules, donkeys, wolves, horses, etc., can catch crows, owls, and vultures, etc. Like this, various kinds of pigs are a special kind of wild animal with various colors. Here, livestock should be understood as these. The second part is divided into three parts: promising to explain two meanings; showing the characteristics of श्रेष्ठ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning); and the practice of actions based on it. The first part is: how the characteristics of the seven rebirths are formed, and the actions of these seven rebirths will be explained. The second part is: first, one human rebirth; then, the second rebirth, the third rebirth, the fourth rebirth, the fifth rebirth, the sixth rebirth, and the seventh rebirth, continuously being reborn as a human, that is the श्रेष्ठ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) among livestock, and will not be eaten by ghosts. Calling these livestock is the same as before. Or, "or" and "promise" mean that not having is happiness. Anyone whose breath smells as fragrant as a lotus, who looks without blinking, who speaks truthfully, who is happy when seen by others, who always likes to practice the holy Dharma, who knows his past lives, and whose body always smells fragrant, possessing these characteristics, will continuously experience seven human rebirths. A detailed description of the characteristics is explained in the Explanatory Tantra - Vocabulary. The third part is divided into two parts: actions based on श्रेष्ठ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), and actions based on other livestock. The first part is: just eating the meat of such seven rebirths will cause one to have a body like that of a god. Just smelling or touching the scent of रॊचना (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) in its heart, or any practitioner who applies a तिलक (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) of रॊचना (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) on his forehead, will immediately accomplish all siddhis.
