It bestows siddhis. Secondly, contemplate the wheel of the deities and constantly recite the root mantra, that is, repeat it. By this, one accomplishes all desired things, completely pacifies all obstructing demons, and enjoys the yoga in which the pervading vessel and the non-pervading essence, as well as the three realms such as the underground, become one in the nature of co-emergent bliss. It completely bestows the fruits of practice and liberation. Therefore, all siddhis arise from this secret mantra. The practitioner who is perfectly endowed with mantra and mudra is diligent in accomplishing siddhis. Because of being separated from the union with mudra, the secret mantra will not be accomplished for embodied practitioners. As long as one obtains the warm activities capable of subduing and taking hold, one should strive diligently and understand both what has been heard and what has not been heard. The third has two parts: the faults of hating yogis, and the benefits of abiding in the great yoga. First, if someone, out of hatred, reviles the great yoga of the heroic Heruka, which accomplishes all desired things, they will fall into hell, and even if they are liberated from it, they will be reborn as a dog a hundred times. Even if they are reborn as a human, they will be a leper, reborn into a bad lineage. For example, if some people want butter and try to churn water, butter will not come from it, but only the body will be exhausted, that is, only suffering. Similarly, abandoning this yoga and relying on and holding onto other yogas that are the cause of the means of livelihood, and making offerings to them, labor will become meaningless in this life and the next. Secondly, the hero who holds the supreme great yoga of Heruka, that is, the practitioner, wherever he dwells, even if that yogi is of a bad lineage or a barbarian, that place where he dwells should be completely regarded as the land of heroes. In order to completely take hold of the beings of that place, the root Heruka yogi of that place constantly dwells in the heart of that yogi. Thirdly, from the Glorious Heruka Manifest Utterance Condensed Tantra, explaining the characteristics of the messenger, and the method of generating the state of the power of heat.

This is the explanation of the twenty-ninth chapter of the ritual. Sixth, collecting mantras for eliminating obstacles and protection, divided into three parts: promising to explain, explaining the meaning of the promise, and revealing the name of the chapter. The first part is, from now on, I will explain the realization of harmful mantras. Furthermore, one should record those vowels and consonants that are difficult for others to obtain. The necessity of doing so is that any practitioner who knows the method of collecting mantras can quickly achieve the siddhi of pacifying obstacles. The second part is divided into three parts: arranging the ground and so on and collecting the mantra, the greatness of the collection, including the ritual, and arranging and showing the four mantras in order. The first part is divided into four parts: the place of collection, the yoga of the collector, the basis from which to collect, and the actual method of collection. The first part is: the land part for collecting mantras should be flat and pleasing, without high or low spots, and should be anointed with sandalwood water. On the land filled with fragrance, scatter flowers, decorate with a string of lamps, and collect the mantra on the basis of making it pleasant with the scent of incense. The second part is: the collector, after completing all the things that must be done, should collect the mantra. Not only that, but one should also make a vajra ground and an area bound by fences and so on, and then follow these steps. The third part is: starting from the bound area, draw a pattern on the ground similar to the shape of a pottery jar. That is, each direction is surrounded by eight lines, forming seven by seven, that is, forty-nine squares. Then surround it with nine lines, making it the center. The shape of the pottery jar is the basis for making the squares, not the shape of the squares. Thus, after perfectly surrounding it with nine lines, fill the forty-nine squares with letters, that is, consonants and vowels, making it complete. By placing the samadhi of the master Heruka in complete equality, write from A to Ha, and write ཀྵ in the center. The fourth part is divided into three parts: briefly showing the collection of mantras, the basis of collection and the definite meaning of the brief showing, and explaining the method of collection in detail. The first part is: from the vowels and consonants located in that square, the hero who is inseparable from the deity mantra is able to accomplish all desires.
