All male and female yogis who enter the ranks of the twenty-four heroes and twenty-four heroines are adorned and protected by the two armors of heroes and heroines and the three great armors. Wearing tiger skin and oxhide made of animal limbs as clothing, because they desire innate bliss, they should generate the bliss of the mudra. In order to offer like the Vedas, they should abandon explanations of obstacles. One should practice yoga residing in the great pure Shri Heruka. Moreover, one should be perfectly endowed with the five mudras such as necklaces, and should always remain in this state and practice correctly. The explanation from the practitioner to the ashes is not in the text, so it is said to be unnecessary. When practicing conduct, one should always abide in the yoga of the deity. Night should always be bright, and day should be kept secret. The innate wisdom generated by samadhi should be shown very secretly. Conduct should be very peaceful, overcoming fatigue, and practiced without weariness. The third part is divided into two points: pure offerings and their benefits. The first point is: one should know that there are three kinds of purity. Just as Heruka himself said, one should abide in one's own nature. Without looking at good or bad origins, without looking at bad origins, one should abandon those behaviors that look at people's faces. One should also abandon worldly behaviors such as tying a topknot on the head and wearing a crown. The first of the three purities is to rely on the messenger woman. The second is tranquility or the moon, which is considered to be the five ambrosias and wine. Eating food together in a mudra and container is said to be the third purity. Yogis should always practice these three purities consistently. In this way, through the method of increasing the elements, and relying on the messenger woman, increasing the samadhi of bliss and emptiness, and gradually obtaining the order of purity, then the accomplishment of the great mudra will not arise from any of the three purities, but will arise. As it is said in the condensed Yoga Tantra, and in the Illusory Bliss Supreme, the Secret Treasury Tantra, and likewise in the Great Bliss Supreme First and the Vajra Bhairava Tantra.

Through the recitation of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying mantras, and through asceticism and fire offerings, siddhis are attained. Here, merely relying on meditation on the dakini, the mantra practitioner can swiftly achieve it in an instant. What was said before is the pure conduct of those yogis who delight in the path of the dakini. Third, the merit that results from performing the three purifications is something that can be spoken of. How so? The vast qualities of the practitioner, some cannot even speak of, how can one mouth express it completely? It is only possible with hundreds and thousands of mouths. Why is the benefit so great? Because it is the great wisdom of the heroic Heruka, and the yogi also becomes like possessing all the characteristics of stainless qualities, therefore the benefit is great. The bliss-water that arises from the union of the practitioner and the dakini as non-dual, that is, the non-duality of bliss and emptiness, through the touch arising from non-dual union, that is, by relying on it. Even touching the body of another, or speaking with them, purifies and destroys their sins. If he is liberated from all sins, what need is there to say about the yogi himself? Therefore, being liberated from all sins, the body (i.e., the continuum) is purified, and from the supreme of stainless people, all perform pure conduct, sins (i.e., obscurations) are completely purified, and the Tathagata ground is attained. At that time, even if not attained in this life, one will be born into the family of the Tathagatas where all sins are purified, and become a king possessing the Dharma of mantra practice. Second, having always made pure offerings in this way, one should respectfully offer torma to the guests who have passed away and those who have not. The necessity is that, in order to accomplish the activities that one desires, the yogi should offer torma according to the ritual spoken of in the tantras. The time is usually and especially the tenth and twenty-fifth days of each month, one should quickly and diligently make torma offerings, that is, at midnight as described below. The torma guests are the Vajra goddesses.
