It is said, "The meal is finished." Whoever moves the tongue is said to "eat food." Likewise, whatever these are, in order for the Yogini not to understand, and to speak briefly, whoever touches the knee is to show "I am tired," and the tip of the left thumb touching the tips of other fingers is to say "rested," and the teeth biting the teeth is to show "eating meat," and frowning is to show "I am bound," and one's own hand showing like the wings of a Dakini is to show "I am liberated," and if one understands the meaning of the shown gestures, it is like an answer. If one shows the left fist, then showing the Batisa is to show three fingers horizontally on the forehead like a headdress. Looking with a changing facial expression, and then holding one's own hair with the left hand to show, that is to show the manner of holding the Khatvanga with the left hand. When the limbs move, with the Vajra fist, raising two little fingers and placing them on both sides of the mouth, one should show the mudra of the teeth. The left hand showing the right hand is to say "eat the Torma." The right hand showing the earth is to say "do it like that." Touching the ear and showing is to show "stay with me." The nail of the left thumb touching the nail of another finger is to say "take away the corpse." Drawing a line on the ground is to say "let him enter his own mandala." Touching the breast is to say "protect my child." The left foot's thumb drawing a line on the ground is to say "the incarnation of the Lama protect me." Winking is to say "do it like that." The left hand touching the finger joint is to say "let us sleep together in bliss." Third, one should practice and rely on all those female messengers truthfully. Fourth, in the Tantra of the Condensed Expression of the First Heruka, the chapter on the ritual of hand gestures, mainly the hand gestures of all Yoginis, is the commentary on the twentieth chapter. Second, the gestures of the characteristics of the limbs have three parts: the vow to explain, the actual demonstration of the gestures, and the name of the chapter. First: Then, by what easy method

I shall fully explain the nature of the great secret, which is the cause of the manifestation of accomplishment and is not the practice of the inferior. The so-called "view" is the great secret dakini, and the view is labor; these are all coded terms. Second, whichever woman touches her own crown, the yogi should point to the head. Whoever says "which" is the dakini, and the answer should be understood as indicated by the yogi. In short, pointing to the forehead means pointing to the cheek. Similarly, pointing to the teeth means pointing to the tongue; pointing to the lips means pointing to the breasts; pointing to the throat means pointing to the belly; pointing to the hand means pointing to the arm; pointing to the waist, which is the back, means pointing to the back or the ground; pointing to the breasts means pointing to the breasts; pointing to the navel means pointing to the belly; pointing to the secret place means pointing to the linga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思); pointing to the thigh means pointing to the buttocks or below; pointing to the knee means pointing to the shin; pointing to the foot means pointing to the sole of the foot; pointing to the knuckles means pointing to the fingers; pointing to the earth means pointing to the sky; pointing to the sky means pointing to the sun. Making a gesture of flowing water with the hands, that is, extending the fingers of both hands and moving them like waves, this is indicating the mudra of the ocean. These are undoubtedly the mudras of the parts of the dakini's body. These mudras should be shown frequently, kept secret from those who are not vessels, and will be correctly shown to those who are vessels. Third, the explanation of the twenty-first chapter, the section on the characteristics of the limbs, from the Condensed Tantra of the Manifestation of Glorious Heruka. Third, the characteristics of the special mudras are four: vowing to explain, the actual content of indicating the coded terms, summarizing the meaning, and the chapter title. First, from then on, the differences of the supreme limb mudras will also be explained. The method is according to the ritual described in the tantra. The necessity is that by knowing which mudra is indicated, the yogini will undoubtedly know that the practitioner is a brother, and the practitioner will know that the yogini is a sister. Second, whichever male or female yogi indicates with one finger means "Did you come well?", and the other indicates with the index and middle fingers, answering "I came well." Like this, this is the difference in the limbs of all yoginis.
