Some, once gone, do not return, meaning they do not come quickly, and appear clearly due to attachment to the practitioner, meaning they wish to be seen; that is called Khatra Rohi. Some say this is a mother with a child, which is good, as she is the All-Moving Mother. When the mind arises, due to displeasure, whatever is touched by the palm of the hand, the foot, the end of the garment, or even trees, will not survive; this should be known as the Non-Returning Mother, and she is to be abandoned, not relied upon. She is called 'Beautiful,' and cannot be practiced by beginners. Wild, talkative, crying for no reason, and extremely angry, she should be remembered as Ehi-ka, it is said. That goddess speaks frankly, is Buddha, meaning she always speaks with the yoginis of this place, and she arises from the Vajra family. She is also called Bhasura. Those mudra women of the Dakini or Isha family are shown for the sake of the heroic practitioner to rely upon, it should be known. Third, the skull, battle-axe, pig's tusk, wheel, makara banner, sword, and universal terror, that is, the curved knife or vajra, and conch shell, these eight, in order, should be known as the first hand implements of the right hands of the Form Mothers and so on. The conch shell here is the hand implement of the Singing Free Mother who satisfies desires. The left hands all hold skulls with khatvangas. Those hand implements are said to be the mudras of the yoginis' respective families. Fourth, from the Glorious Heruka Manifestation Tantra, from the tantra gathered from the syllable Pām (藏文:པཱཾ,梵文天城体:पां,梵文罗马拟音:pāṃ,汉语字面意思:班), it says that those seven dakinis completely transform the forms of all the yoginis of the three wheels, that is, transform into their forms, and the chapter on the ritual of showing hand implements and mudras, that is, the commentary on the seventeenth chapter. Third, the classification of the dakini families has four parts: vowing to explain, individual characteristics, summarizing the meaning, and the chapter title. First, from then on, other characteristics of the former will also be explained. What is the necessity? The place of the supreme state of the dakinis, whichever practitioner correctly knows, the dakinis will abide in the vow to follow the practitioner.
