These mantras combined with the long "Ā" are the essence of Vajrasattva. Because the essence of the deity and the mantra are indistinguishable. The fifty-first letter "Sha" combined with the fifth vowel letter short "U" is considered to be the most beautiful. The fifty-second letter "Sa" combined with the second vowel letter long "Ā", there is no doubt that this itself can accomplish all the deities. The fifty-third letter "Sha" is combined with the thirteenth vowel letter "O". The fifty-sixth letter "Sha" combined with the sixth vowel letter long "Ū", will surely cut off all enemies. The fourth letter "Va" of Antahstha should be combined with the second vowel letter "Ā". Similarly, combined with the fifteenth vowel letter "Aṃ", it accomplishes all siddhis. The fifty-ninth letter becomes "Ṭa", that is, adding a long "Va" under "Ṭa", and then giving it a bindu, it becomes "Ṭvāṃ". The sixty-first letter "Dha" itself is combined with the second vowel letter long "Ā". It is said that this mantra is supreme. The sixty-second letter "Ra" combined with the third vowel letter short "I", is considered to be the supreme vidya of the Dakini. The sixty-third letter "Na" itself combined with the eleventh vowel letter "E", is the most supreme of all beautiful letters. Similarly, the sixty-fifth letter "Gha", is the lotus flower unfolded by Vajrasattva, this sequentially arranged seed syllable is a divine substance, it is the supreme nectar, which can bestow worldly siddhis and bestow great liberation. The sixty-sixth letter "Ja" is also combined with the third vowel letter "I". These mantras can bestow the accomplishment of all actions, thus said the Tathagata. The sixty-seventh letter "Na" is perfectly combined with the second vowel letter long "Ā", there is no doubt that this itself can fulfill all the intentions of the Yogini. The sixty-eighth letter "Ma" itself, also the "Va" should be added there, that is, this seed letter "Ma" should be placed below. The seventy-first letter "Ra" is combined with the second vowel letter "Ā". There is no doubt that this is the most beautiful of all letters.
