Eyebrows and eyes blazing like the fire at the end of time, hair bristling upwards in yellow. Making a threatening gesture towards the gods of the world and beyond, making even terrors terrified. Uttering the great sound of peṃ (藏文), roaring like a dragon. Devouring human blood, fat, legs, and marrow. Adorned with five terrifying dry skulls as a crown, and decorated with a garland of fifty wet human heads. For the offering of Black Wrathful One, holding a rosary of human bones and a wheel of human bones, and adorned with bone ornaments such as earrings. With a large belly, naked in form. Eyebrows, eyelashes, beard, and body hair blazing like the fire at the end of time. The root face is black, with the face of a buffalo, extremely wrathful, with sharp horns. Above that, the face between the two horns is red, utterly terrifying, blood dripping from the mouth. Above that is the yellow face of Manjushri, slightly wrathful, adorned with youthful ornaments, with five locks of hair on the crown of the head. The first face on the right side of the root of the horn is blue. The face to its right is red, and the face to its left is yellow. The first face on the left side of the root of the horn is white, the face to its right is smoky, and the face to its left is black. All the faces are extremely wrathful, and all nine faces have three eyes each. The first two of the right and left hands grasp the wet elephant skin, head to the right, hair outwards, stretching and holding the skin of the hands and feet from the left. Of the remaining right hands, the first holds a curved knife, the second holds a bhidhapala, the third holds a pestle, the fourth holds a crescent knife, the fifth holds an arrow, the sixth holds a battle-axe, the seventh holds a spear, the eighth holds an arrow, the ninth holds an iron hook, the tenth holds a club, the eleventh holds a khatvanga, the twelfth holds a wheel, the thirteenth holds a five-pronged vajra, the fourteenth holds a vajra hammer, the fifteenth holds a sword, and the sixteenth holds a hand drum. Of the remaining left hands, the first holds a skull cup filled with blood, the second holds the head of Brahma, the third holds a shield, the fourth holds a leg, the fifth holds a lasso, the sixth holds a bow, the seventh holds intestines, the eighth holds a bell, the ninth holds a hand, the tenth holds a cemetery cloth, the eleventh holds a man impaled on a clear stake, the twelfth holds a hearth, the thirteenth holds a skull grove, the fourteenth holds a threatening mudra, and the fifteenth holds a trident.
