Phaṭ (Tibetan, Devanagari, phaṭ, meaning: विस्फोट, explosion), is explosion. Then, just by reciting this mantra, all the powerful goddesses, etc., become disheveled and unclothed, and remember Vajrasattva, the immovable one. What is meant by Vajrasattva pressing down with his foot is that it is surrounded by the rays of light of its seed syllable. The lord of all the Tathagatas should pierce the heart of the one to be subdued with a vajra hook, and bind them with a noose, and in this way, summon them. This is the supreme method of summoning goddesses, etc. Secondly, there are two ways to accomplish the inwardly focused activity: summoning the body, speech, and mind, and summoning with one's own mark. Firstly, what is meant by the supreme method of summoning from the Blessed One is that the Blessed One is Vajradhara. The great samaya is the practitioner. Summoning that very nature, etc., is for the benefit of others. Its arising is when one abides in the samadhi called Manifesting Vajra and the vajra of those who are practicing the great samaya, that is, accomplishing the activity with the three doors. For those who are not vessels, the samaya of speech, which should be kept secret, that very nature, that is, the place that does not change, arises from the vajra of his body, speech, and mind. The Buddha Vajra is the one whose activity of summoning is difficult to accomplish. Their three bodies, that is, the three doors, the Vajrasattva practitioner, in the first stage, should contemplate in this way with extremely firm intelligence. Holding the noose, vajra, and hook, one should send the one to be subdued, whom one is summoning, into the air, and hold and shake them with rays of light like a noose and in the form of a vajra hook. This is the sacred method of summoning the Buddha, the one to be subdued. The Buddha is the one who shows the way. At the combination of the speech of that body, when a learned paṇḍita skilled in the great wheel summons, at their heart
