What are the three? Vajradhara said: The body vajra of all Tathagatas, similarly, the speech vajra and the mind vajra, these three. As explained in the first chapter, if one understands the meaning of secret and union, one will have faith and practice. Then, all the Bhagavat Tathagatas, after paying homage to Vajrapani, became silent. The second is: From Vajrapani to because there is no opportunity. Vajrapani said to all the Tathagatas and Bodhisattvas: Bhagavat, when all the Tathagatas appeared in the past, countless unspeakable and again unspeakable kalpas equal to the number of atoms in the Buddha-fields have passed. From the passing away of the Bhagavat Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Dipamkara Buddha, until the enlightenment of the great sage Shakyamuni Buddha, this vehicle was not taught. Why is that? Bhagavat, because at that time, the sentient beings dwelling at that time did not become vessels for hearing the great secret actions, and because they had no opportunity. It is said that since Dipamkara Buddha taught this mantra vehicle and passed away, one countless great kalpa and one more kalpa have passed until now. Moreover, according to the Kalachakra Great Commentary, this means that it was not taught in Jambudvipa, but not that it was not taught elsewhere. As the 'Namasangiti' says: The speech of the Buddhas of the past, the Buddhas of the future will also speak, and the perfect Buddha who appears now, has also repeatedly spoken. Therefore, it is considered so. The third is: However, it goes to counting. Although it is so, however, relying on the secret union of all the Bhagavat Tathagatas, one can quickly perfect the enlightenment of the Buddha in an instant, a moment, a short time. The Bodhi that Bodhisattvas cannot attain even if they strive with thought and seek with action for as many kalpas as the number of grains of sand in the Ganges River, if it appears
