The combination is the four great secrets. Vajradhara is the most secret of all secrets, the secret of all stages of the generation phase. The mantra wheels, such as Vairochana and other departed ones, manifest as female forms and abide. The necessity is: to act for the benefit of sentient beings, and that is why they abide in that way. The fourth is: as explained in the Uttaratantra and the Vajramala, etc. The fourth, the samaya of conduct, is: from "Here" to "Thus it was spoken." Here, this is the mantra of all the heart-vajra mandalas, the secret to please and control the deities. Also, the flesh of elephants, horses, and various great meats should be blessed and then eaten by oneself, and offered to all the mantra deities in the form of fire offerings and torma. By doing so, those protectors will be pleased and grant siddhis. Every day, a skilled Vajra master should show the mandala, that is, the Ganachakra ritual, to the Vajra disciple, which also symbolizes the months and years. For example, feces and urine are the five ambrosias, and meat is the five meats. Other things should also be accepted, and with the secret words of Vajra and Padma, the two should be equally combined, and offerings should be made with songs and dances, etc. When eating, purify the impurities with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), and recognize it as nectar with Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: 阿). Then, before all the mantras, meditate on the letter Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 嗡), which will immediately burn and increase. The Bhagavan, the great being of mantra wisdom, spoke thus. Second, the ritual of accomplishment is divided into two parts: by guarding the vows through empowerment, both siddhis are accomplished; and the collection of activities for accomplishing siddhis is explained. The first is: from "Siddhi" to "All are accomplished." By diligently practicing in this way, all the small siddhis, such as pacifying, etc., can be accomplished; the intermediate great samaya siddhis, such as the eight great accomplished ones, can also be accomplished; and even the enlightenment of the Buddha, the most supreme siddhi, can be accomplished. In particular, invisibility, power, vidyadhara, diligence, the power of clairvoyance, and the Vajra hook that is difficult to summon can also be accomplished, which is the blessing of the Vajra body, speech, and mind.

Thus, by empowering in the mandala and keeping the vows, all of that will be accomplished. Secondly, there are six: the practice of the pills of the five meats and five elixirs; the practice of commanding and dispatching; through the door of Vajra Manjushri, subjugating kings, etc.; the means of making the unfaithful faithful; through the door of Vairochana, the means of pacifying hunger and thirst; accomplishing actions based on the practice methods of the individual deities. The first is: it is said to gather from excrement and urine, excrement and urine are the five elixirs, and the great meat is the five meats. After those parts are made equal, make them into pills and place them in a skull cup, that is, in a skull bowl with the mouths joined together, and practice together with the Buddhas, that is, with all the practitioners. Secondly, there are seven: practicing the commanding and dispatching that transcends the world; urging the worldly commanding and dispatching; the place and time of those practices; the benefits of the practice; the essence of the urging; briefly showing the manner of practice; the conclusion. The first has three: commonly showing the practice of commanding and dispatching; the practice divided into separate categories; the manner of urging commanding and dispatching. The first is: from "Thus" to "ཨཱཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah)ཁཾཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Empty)དྷཱི་(Tibetan, Devanagari: धी, Romanized Sanskrit: dhī, literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom)". Among them, this is all the secret, that is, Vajra, the chief of the Yakshas. That very one is the commanding and dispatching because he receives the command of the practitioner, so this is the supreme of the vow practice methods that thoroughly accomplish it. At the time of the supreme king of the activity of one's own deity, ཧྲཱིཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Shame) is red in color, possessing the five excellent lights of blazing, and should be contemplated in the vajra sky in front of oneself, that is, in the center of the sky. Then, contemplate all the Buddhas, such as Akshobhya, completely filling all the realms of the sky. The seed syllables of the body, speech, and mind of those ones, ཨཱཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah) body, ཁཾཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Empty) speech, དྷཱི་(Tibetan, Devanagari: धी, Romanized Sanskrit: dhī, literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom) mind, these three mantras ཧྲཱི༔(Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Shame) should be brought down into that letter. Among them, this is the mantra of body, speech, and mind, which has become the secret of the vajra, the basis for generating the blessing as the essence. ཨཱཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah)ཁཾཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Empty)དྷཱི། The second is: from "Vajrapani" to "abides". Vajrapani, that is, the great wrathful form of Akshobhya, and the great form of Vajrapani, that is, contemplating the Yaksha Beautiful King, is of the family of Akshobhya.
