Seventeenth, there are two ways to explain the chapter of the King of Vajra Blessings: the text of the chapter and the title of the chapter. First, there are four parts: connecting the context, praising and supplicating; in the praise, the teacher is pleased and turns to speak; explaining the meaning of the supplication; and concluding. First: From "Then, the Bhagavan" to "That also becomes like a Buddha." Second: From "Then, the teacher Vajradhara" to "Like the expanse of the sky, without impurity." Third, there are nine parts: teaching the vows and precepts; establishing the samadhi without characteristics; as a means to that, how to generate the deity's form with vows and precepts; teaching how to serve the guru through the disciples' questions and answers; also, how to fully bestow empowerment based on the mandala of meditation; teaching by spreading the activities, offerings, and vows; showing the greatness of the tantra; showing the result of resolving doubts through hearing and contemplation and then practicing; and the manner of entrusting the tantra completely. First, there are three parts: the vows and precepts of the three vehicles; the vows and precepts of other worldly beings; and teaching the respective vows and precepts of those abiding in the two stages. First, there are three parts: teaching the vows of eating and protecting of the three families; how to rely on the vows of the Pratyekabuddha; and how to rely on the vows of the Shravaka. First: From "Then, Vajrapani" to "Immediately becomes a Buddha." Second: From "Then, Vajrapani" to "The vow is supremely constant." Third: From "Then, Vajrapani" to "This vow is wonderful." Second, there are four parts to the vows and precepts of other worldly beings: the vows of the three chief ones, including avoiding mistakes; the vows of the five minor siddhis; those eight vows should also be practiced with the secret gathering; and summarizing the meaning with holes. First: From "Then, Vajrapani" to "That itself is the pervasive, great illusion of Indra." Second: From "Then, Vajrapani" to "To be killed by the characteristic of the place." Third: Ngo
