Upon that, from the white HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Shame) syllable arises an eight-petaled white lotus, its center marked with the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Shame) syllable, blazing like refined gold. From it, light radiates, accomplishing the two benefits, and transforming into a complete assembly, manifesting as the noble Avalokiteśvara, white in color. As before, up to being surrounded by a garland of light rays. On the eastern petal, from HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed syllable) arises Akshobhya, blue, with the right hand in the earth-touching mudra and the left in meditative equipoise. In the south, from TRAM (Tibetan: ཏྲཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रं, Sanskrit Romanization: traṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed syllable) arises Ratnasambhava, yellow, with the right hand in the varada mudra and the left in meditative equipoise. In the west, from OM (Tibetan: ༀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Perfection) arises Amitabha, white, holding the supreme bodhi mudra. In the north, from AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Emptiness) arises Amoghasiddhi, green, with the right hand in the protection-granting mudra and the left in meditative equipoise. All four are adorned with silks and precious jewels, and seated in the vajra posture. On the crown of all the deities is a white OM (Tibetan: ༀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Perfection), at the throat a red AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Emptiness), and at the heart a blue HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Seed syllable). From the white HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Shame) syllable at one's own heart, light radiates, inviting the great compassionate Avalokiteśvara from Potala, surrounded by a host of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, becoming the protector of all sentient beings. At the end of a verse, recite: OM SARVA TATHAGATA LOKESHVARA SAPARIWARA VAJRA SAMAYA JAH JAH JAH HUM BAM HOH (Tibetan: ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ལོ་ཀི་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཡ་ཛཿཛཿ ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ). The samaya being becomes inseparable from the wisdom being. Again, light radiates from the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Shame) at the heart. As before, up to "the left is crowned by Amoghasiddhi." Or say: "The crown is adorned by Amitabha." Then bless the offerings, reciting: OM ARYA LOKESHVARA SAPARIWARA ARGHAM (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཪྱ་ལོ་ཀི་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་) and other mantras to make offerings. If you want to be a little more elaborate, you can combine verses such as "Vast and boundless as the ocean" with mantras to offer. It is also appropriate to praise at times with "Untainted by faults" and "The Dharmakaya is like the sky." Recite the long dharani a hundred or a hundred and eight times, and if you cannot, recite the short dharani and the six-syllable mantra as much as possible. Then recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and make a brief offering, which is also good. Then, visualize Bhikshuni Palmo residing on your crown, displaying a great wrathful appearance, and praise and supplicate: OM, I prostrate to the protector of the world! Worldly guru, three existences of

The praiser. The chief of gods, the praiser of demons and Brahma. The one who accomplished the supreme king, Shakyamuni, through praise. I prostrate to the supreme protector of the three realms. The Sugata Amitabha's body, the one who holds the excellent body. The Sugata Amitabha, the one who holds the crown ornament. The right hand bestows the supreme, the one who alleviates the hunger and thirst of the pretas. The left hand is adorned with a golden lotus. The fragrant tresses of hair, the one with red and yellow swirling. The face is full, beautiful like the moon. The eyes are supremely good and wide like lotuses. The one who is pure like snow and conch, possessing fragrance. The one who holds a cluster of flawless, radiant pearls. The one who is adorned with the beautiful rays of red dawn. The hands are made sweet like a lotus lake. The one who possesses the color of autumn clouds and is youthful. The two arms are adorned with many jewels. The palms are youthful and soft like the best of leaves. The one who covers the left breast with a deer skin. The one who is elegant with earrings and bracelets, holding all ornaments. The one who dwells on the supreme, stainless lotus. The surface of the navel is soft like lotus petals. The one who is adorned with a supreme golden belt and embellished with jewels. The one who holds the excellent cloth waistband and skirt wrapped with a twisted sash. The one who has crossed to the other shore of the great ocean of Shakyamuni's supreme wisdom. The one who has attained the supreme and closely accumulated much merit. The one who is always the source of happiness, the one who alleviates old age and sickness. The one who demonstrates the end of the three realms and the conduct of sky-goers. The supreme among embodied beings, the one who is victorious over the turmoil of the demon armies. The sound of golden anklets makes the feet delightful. The one who makes it solitary with the four abodes of Brahma. The one who walks like the gait of a swan, like the majesty of an elephant. The one who has completely accumulated and cherishes the teachings. The one who liberates from the ocean of milk and the ocean of water. Whoever always rises early in the morning with reverence, contemplates in mind the lord Avalokiteshvara, and praises purely and clearly with this supreme praise, whether that be a man or a woman, in this life or in all future lives, all needs of this world and beyond will be accomplished. Thus, reciting the twenty-one praises, at that time one may rise and prostrate, or one may recite while sitting at the end.
