His body is white, his youth is flourishing, and his two feet stand together. From his body adorned with auspicious marks, a multitude of rays of light emanate. He has eleven faces, the root face being white, the right side green, and the left side red. Above that, the center is green, the right side red, and the left side white. Above that, the center is red, the right side white, and the left side green. All these faces have a smiling and peaceful demeanor. Above that is a black wrathful face, gnashing its teeth, with wrathful wrinkles and three eyes, and reddish-yellow hair standing upright. On top of that is a peaceful red face with a crown, in the manner of a celibate, without ornaments and with a throat. The first two hands are joined in prayer at the heart. The second right hand holds a rosary, the third makes the gesture of supreme giving, from which a stream of nectar flows, relieving the hunger and thirst of the pretas. The fourth holds a wheel. The second left hand holds a golden lotus with a stem. The third holds a bowl filled with earth, and the fourth holds a bow and arrow. Offer with Om Arya Lokeshvara Sapariwara Argham to Shapta (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཪྱ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ཨརྒྷཾ་ནས་ཤཔྟའི་བར་གྱིས་མཆོད།). Praise with the thousand hands, the wheel, and so on. Dza Hum Bam Hoh (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ), become inseparable, again.

From the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) at the heart, light radiates. The deities of empowerment are invited. I request all the Tathāgatas to manifestly bestow empowerment. Having prayed thus, the goddesses emanating from the hearts of those deities hold vases filled with nectar and recite: Oṃ Sarva Tathāgatā Abhiṣekaṭa Samaye Śrīye Hūṃ (藏文：ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgatā abhiṣekaṭa samaye śrīye hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, all Tathagatas, empowerment, samaya, glorious, Hum), and bestow empowerment. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed. The remaining water stays on the crown of the head, and from its complete transformation, Amitābha appears on the crown, Akṣobhya on the forehead, Ratnasambhava on the right ear, Amoghasiddhi on the back of the head, and Amoghasiddhi adorns the left ear. Here, one may again offer praise, or not. Then, on the moon cushion at one's heart, visualize the white Jñānasattva with one face and two arms. At the heart of the Jñānasattva, on the moon, visualize the Samādhisattva, the white syllable Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable), and meditate single-pointedly. This is the deity of the sign. Then, the Samādhisattva is surrounded by a garland of mantras. From it, light radiates, offering to the noble ones, purifying the sins and obscurations of all sentient beings, and establishing them in the state of great compassion. Visualize that it gathers back and dissolves into the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable). Namaḥ Ratna Trayāya.
