Namah Samanta Buddhanam Sarva Tathagata Mavalokini Om Sambhara Sambhari Hum. From my thought, may it arise. Then, perform the near-practice as explained. Instantly transform oneself into Hum, blue in color, with one face and two arms, holding the vajra and bell with the Hum mudra, the right leg bent and the left leg extended, abiding with strength. Through the entry of vajra force, enter into the mandala. Om Vajrasattva Samaya. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Om, the supreme blissful mind is filled with play. Embracing the Bhagavan with a charming hand. Dza Hum Bam Hoh Hi Hi Hi Hi Hi. Protector, please accept the equalizing flower. Om Vajraghata, say Hum. Om Samaya Praveshaya Mi. Chamaradvipa and Aparachamaradvipa. Satha and Uttaramantrina. Uttarakuru and the moon of Uttarakuru. Jewel Mountain. Wish-fulfilling Tree. Wish-fulfilling Cow. Uncultivated crops. Precious Wheel. Precious Jewel. Precious Queen. Precious Minister. Precious Elephant. Precious Horse. Precious General. Great Treasure Vase. Playful Woman. Garland Woman. Singing Woman. Dancing Woman. Flower Woman. Incense Woman. Light Woman. Perfume Water Woman. Sun. Moon. Precious Umbrella, and the Victory Banner that completely triumphs over all directions. In the center, the perfect wealth of gods and humans, without anything lacking, this pure realm, I offer to the presence of the Lama and the chief deity of the mandala, who are inseparable, as the offering for requesting entry into the mandala. Adorned with incense, flowers blooming, Mount Meru and the four continents adorned with the sun and moon, visualizing this as a Buddha-field and offering it, may all beings enjoy pure realms. Idam guru ratna mandala kam niryātayāmi (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Chinese literal meaning: I offer this to the Guru, the precious mandala). Having offered thus, I beseech the great kindness, the all-pervading teacher, the Guru, to heed my words. Firmly established in the way of great Bodhi, Great Protector, I seek you. Please grant me that very vow, and also grant me the Bodhi-mind. Please grant me the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, these three supreme refuges. Please, Protector, lead me into the supreme city of liberation. Recite three times. Oṃ Vajra Yakṣa Hūṃ. Likewise, in order to purify myself and others, morality, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, this unsurpassed Dharma, I take hold of in every single moment. In order to obtain the Sugata, skilled in mantras, the Dharma King who is always spontaneously accomplished, I abide in the excellent state. Recite three times. Mantra Vows: From "All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas" to "Lead sentient beings to Nirvana," recite three times in between. Then, Oṃ Sarva Yoga Citta Utpata Lāmi. The ultimate Bodhicitta, where the emptiness of all phenomena, devoid of inherent existence, and one's own mind become one, upon the moon disc, transforms into a white five-pronged vajra. Then give.
