Śrī Heruko'haṃ(藏文,梵文天城体:श्री हेरुकोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:Śrī heruko'ham,汉语字面意思:我是吉祥黑茹迦)。

It is to know the meaning of evaṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: एवं, Romanized Sanskrit: evaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: thus). From emptiness, in an instant, one's own self becomes Heruka, blue in color, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a bell, seated with the right leg extended. The consort Vajravarahi, red in color, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a skull cup, embraces him. Śrī Heruko'haṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: श्री हेरुकोऽहम्, Romanized Sanskrit: Śrī heruko'ham, Literal Chinese meaning: I am the glorious Heruka). Recite three times. Om Ah Ah. To. Sa ha kṣa huṃ huṃ phaṭ (Tibetan, Devanagari: स ह क्ष हुं हुं फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: sa ha kṣa huṃ huṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sa Ha Ksha Hum Hum Phat). Recite three times. Visualize at the navel center of oneself, the mantra garland with five rays of light, circling three times counterclockwise and remaining. From there, the assembly of deities of the three wheels emanates, exits from the right nostril, radiates outwards, dispelling all obstacles. Returning again, it enters from one's left nostril and dissolves into the mantra garland at the navel center. If there are no offerings, it is fine to visualize with devotion. If there are offerings, perform the inner offering according to the text. In brief, Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ha Hye Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् आः हुं ह ह्ये ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ huṃ ha hye hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Ha Hye Hrih). Recite three times. The other offerings are blessed by Paṇḍārohi. Purified by svabhāva (Tibetan, Devanagari: स्वाभाव, Romanized Sanskrit: svabhāva, Literal Chinese meaning: self-nature). From emptiness, from the wide and vast skull cups arising from kaṃ, the offering water arising from the melting of Hūṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: huṃ huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum Hum), foot water, flowers, incense, light, scented water, food, music, etc., and blissful emptiness, various offering substances, become the objects of the six senses, generating unsurpassed bliss free from defilements. Oṃ Arghaṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओम् अर्घं आः हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ arghaṃ āḥ huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Argham Ah Hum). To. Sparśa Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: स्पर्श आः हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: sparśa āḥ huṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sparsha Ah Hum) blesses. Then, in the space in front of oneself, at the center of a thousand-petaled lotus of various kinds, on a jeweled throne supported by eight great lions, on a seat of various lotuses, moon, and sun mandalas. The Bhagavan Glorious Heruka, inseparable in essence from the kind root guru, with a body color of dark blue-black, with four faces, the main face black, the left face green, the back face red, the right face yellow, each face with three eyes, twelve arms, holding a garland of five-pronged vajras on the forehead. With the right leg extended, he treads upon the four-armed Black Terrifier, the first two hands joined in prayer, the remaining right hand holding a damaru drum and the left hand holding a sword, pressing down on his head. With the left leg bent, he treads upon the four-armed Red Time Maiden, the first two hands joined in prayer, the remaining two hands holding a skull cup and a khatvanga, pressing down on her breasts. Both seats also have one face, three eyes, adorned with the five seals.
