Because the nature of the assembled Buddhas, the Bhagavat, is the cause of generating them, it is called the great essence of all Buddhas. In order to tame the beings to be tamed, it holds various wheels of emanation suitable for each. This is also explained as emanating various mandalas of deities. The reality of all dharmas, that is, the emptiness of the nature of all things, is called the supreme. From this, the reality of all dharmas, that is, the nature of the emptiness of the nature of all things, manifests various appearances of dependent origination, hence it is holding. That is to say, from the dharma of emptiness, which is unborn by nature, various meanings such as samsara and nirvana appear, hence the collection of appearance and emptiness is like an illusion. All such dharmas are empty by nature, hence they are holding the nature itself. It is similar to saying: The two, real existence and self-nature, are holding. As mentioned before, the wisdom that understands all such dharmas in an instant is the great wisdom that holds and understands all dharmas in an instant. That is, wisdom sees the two truths simultaneously. Such understanding of all dharmas is manifest realization, which is direct perception, not in a general way. The supreme wisdom of the capable one who possesses such wisdom is the true edge, that is, the ultimate wisdom. In some Indian commentaries, arising is explained as the meaning of edge. Arising also seems to be explained as arising from harm or samsara. Because it is not shaken by discursive thoughts, it is unshakable, and because it is free from the turbidity of defilements, it clearly sees the object, hence it is the Bodhi of the perfect complete enlightenment with an extremely clear nature, that is, holding or manifesting. It is the direct perception of all Buddhas, that is, with the flame of the non-dual wisdom of manifest realization, it dispels the darkness of ignorance, and illuminates all knowable things with its own light, that is, directly perceives. The way of seeing the realm of wisdom is repeatedly explained, and it should not be considered contradictory, because some are in terms of their respective supports, some are in terms of the nature of wisdom, and some are in terms of activities and so on. This is the explanation of the eighth chapter. Fourth, equality wisdom is the meaning of desire.

Supreme and excellent, like the lotus-born great jewel, the precious crown. Thus it is. The supreme accomplishment of the desired purpose for oneself and others, that is, the one who has attained the state of Buddhahood, the protector who completely pacifies all the sufferings of the three lower realms and their causes, is the supreme of all sentient beings. He liberates all sentient beings according to their respective capacities. Moreover, in order to destroy the enemy of afflictions, he is either extremely brave or uniquely brave in engaging in battle, because he destroys the arrogance of the enemy, which is ignorance and delusion along with its habitual tendencies. The arrogance of the enemy can also refer to non-Buddhists, etc. The activities of the incarnate body are: possessing the wisdom to skillfully tame those to be tamed, and displaying ornate attire, thus possessing charm, and with the majesty of possessing power, he transforms into a wrathful deity with an ugly form, and performs the benefit of beings. However, in some places, "steadfast" is used instead of "heroic" for explanation. Such an emanation moves all hundred arms holding various weapons, and dances with the power of the steps of his feet, that is, he emanates a hundred arms full of splendor or perfection, filling and dancing throughout the sky. Here, the term "arm staff" mostly appears as "hundred arms," so it is explained accordingly. The hundred arms are said to be emanated to subdue Brahma, but in some texts, it is also explained in conjunction with the dance of the earth ritual. He presses the vast base of the mandala of the three thousand worlds with the sole of one foot, and not only that, but also with the tip of a single toenail, that is, the tip of the big toe, he presses down, pervading the world of a thousand Brahma realms. There are also hidden explanations for these that are combined with the Kalachakra of the completion stage. Not only is he capable in this way, but a person who has attained union can make the three thousand worlds disappear in the space of a single atom, but at that time the atom does not become larger, and the three thousand worlds do not become smaller. Thus, as it is said: "On one atom are Buddhas equal to the number of atoms." And, "In the space of a hair's breadth, there is room for the measure of the three times," and so on.
