What does prostration mean? Firstly, it refers to the Buddhas who have come and will come in the three times of past, future, and present, as well as the Gurus residing in the ten directions, such as the East, and the precious Three Jewels, which are known as the Three Jewels. The meaning of this is stated in the Uttaratantra: "Because they arise rarely, because they are without defilement, because they possess power, and because they are the ornaments of the world, because they are of the nature of excellence, because they are without change, they are the Jewels." As it is said. Secondly, how does one prostrate? It is to prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind to those objects mentioned above. That is, generating faith and admiration for them is the prostration of the mind; being motivated by this, praising their qualities, proclaiming the ocean of melodious praises, is the prostration of speech; and together with this, simultaneously manifesting bodies equal to the number of dust particles in countless Buddha-fields, performing prostrations with the five limbs touching the ground is the prostration of the body. It is not just doing one of these, but rather to pay homage with all of them. So, is there a difference in benefit between prostrating with one real body and simultaneously manifesting many bodies to prostrate? There is a difference. If one body can generate great merit, then it goes without saying that many bodies will be even more excellent. As the teacher Yeshe De said: "If prostrating with one body has great merit, then what need is there to mention the great merit of prostrating with so many bodies?" Therefore, making prostrations with reverence in the three doors is done first, and then the remaining limbs are performed. Secondly, offering is, after completing the limb of prostration, the limb of offering is, the three wheels of offering, that is, the offering, the object of offering, and the offerer, these three are offered by sealing them with the non-dual bliss and emptiness, without discrimination. The detailed meaning of bliss and emptiness must be sought from the Guru's instructions. The method of offering is divided into two

Offering a multitude of various kinds of offering cloud oceans is as follows. Secondly, to explain in detail from the perspective of detailed distinctions, there are five: outer offering, inner offering, secret offering, suchness offering, and offering medicine and the body. First, the outer offering also has five: four water offerings, twenty-five offerings with music, mandala etc., and explaining the practice offering and incidental content. First, the four water offerings are the two lines "well-arranged" etc. The arrangement of the display is beautiful and elegant, and the material is made of various jewels such as gold, and from that, in the light and shimmering light vessels, there are four nectar waters that purify the faults of all sources, namely: offering water, foot washing water, mouth washing water, and incense offering water. Regarding "flowing slowly", some think that this is for the sake of offering slowly. However, I think that these four waters should flow or arise slowly from the vessels. Second, the twenty-five offerings with music, from "tree trunk flowers garland intertwined well" to "filling the three realms", each item is said in two lines. If you ask what kind of flowers are offered, then, there are tree trunks, that is, various flowers with different sizes of trunks, branches, etc., and flowers scattered randomly without being strung together, and those strung into garlands, and various mixed and intertwined arrangements, and those bundled into bundles, and those piled into heaps, and those scattered, etc., offering with beautiful real flowers, artificial flowers, and mind-created flowers filling all places of the earth and space. Some people do not explain "garland intertwined well" separately. Second, incense, the smoke produced by burning various mixed fragrances and unmixed single fragrances, its color is as blue as lapis lazuli, like the blue clouds that grow in summer, pervading and filling the entire heavenly realm. Third, bright light, the light of the mandala of the sun and moon, and the radiant light of jewels, etc., the lamps of the lamps, Mount Meru and other three thousand
