In order to symbolize being bound by the three aspects of body, speech, and mind in the bardo, and the formation of the bardo itself. Alternatively, although there are descriptions of the bardo's symbol having the form of a face and hands, it is not contradictory that Nada itself symbolizes it here. This is to understand that various different shapes of the bardo body will appear. Third, in order to avert obstacles, there are three types of protection wheel meditation: extensive, intermediate, and concise. Here, it is done in a concise manner, that is, how to proceed: One abides in the Nada of the sky, and from there, emanates as Heruka with one face and two arms. With that pride, one recites the four-faced mantra, such as Om Sumbhani, and visualizes those mantra syllables appearing in the four directions. That is, in the east as black, in the north as green, in the west as red, and in the south as yellow, in a leftward direction, on the four-sided rays of light, extending from the world of Brahma down to the golden ground of the great powerful one, pervading everywhere. When these are completely transformed, they become a vajra fence of such colors, with the same size as before. At the same time, below, from the syllable Hum, various vajras emanate, from the golden ground filled with the light of Hum, up to contact, becoming the vajra ground. Above and to the sides, radiating a net of arrows in the shape of five-pronged vajras. Below that is a vajra tent, having a four-sided shape, with the tips gradually thinning. On top of the fence below the tent is a vajra banner, that is, everything becomes one without any gaps, and on the outside, visualize a vajra fire, like the fire of the end of an eon, radiating in all directions. Recite the six mantras, such as Om Me De Ni, and bless them, visualizing that all beings are free from obstacles. It is necessary to practice the protection wheel, because it is for the purpose of preventing obstacles from arising during the practice of the sadhana. Second, how to proceed with the actual session is divided into two parts: generating the support, the palace where one meditates, and how to meditate on the yoga of relying on the support, along with its limbs. First, the method of how to meditate is: In the center of the protection wheel described earlier, from the four letters यं रं वं लं, the four mandalas of wind, fire, water, and earth successively arise, stacked on top of each other.

From the letter Ūṃ (Tibetan: ུཾ) arises Mount Meru, the king of mountains, which has the nature of four precious substances, is square, and its upper corners are adorned with eight small mountain peaks. Above that, from the letter Baṃ (Tibetan: བཾ) arises the center of various lotuses, and from the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ) arises the center of various vajras, which is square. In its center are various small lotuses, and one should meditate as it is described in the Sādhanā. The second part has five points: the way to generate the mandala of the support and the supported; the way to clearly establish it; the way to remember the purity of the consistent directions; the way to allocate positions and invite the wisdom beings, and then bestow empowerment; and the way to meditate after making offerings and praises. The first part is how to do it: In the center of various small lotuses, is the nature of the thirty-two marks of the resultant Buddha, that is, the white vowels such as A Ā (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཱ་), one circle rotating to the right and one circle rotating to the left, arranged in a single order. Around it is the nature of the eighty minor marks, that is, the red consonants such as Ka Kha (Tibetan: ཀ་ཁ་), forty in one circle rotating to the right and one circle rotating to the left, standing upright, abiding in a single order, and after completely transforming, the lunar mandala appears white and has a reddish glow. The letters of the vowels and consonants appear like reflections, and the vowel letters and the white part of the moon are enlightened from the mirror-like wisdom. The consonant letters and the red part of the moon are enlightened from the wisdom of equality. Then, from the sound (Sanskrit: Nāda) of one's own sky, seeing the white and red moon, just like oneself being the white and red bodhicitta of the Buddha father and mother, taking birth in the center of the moon, having the intention that after obtaining the body of the Buddha, one will benefit sentient beings. The substitute sound (Sanskrit: Nāda) of the bardo enters the center of the moon, and from the sound (Sanskrit: Nāda), the bindu, crescent moon, the body of the letter Ha, and the letter A are formed in sequence, in the manner of taking birth. The letter Hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) appears white and has a reddish glow, its essence is Vajradhara, which is enlightened from the discriminating wisdom. From the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ), emanate the assembly of the five Buddhas or the five wheels, and place beings in the state of these Buddhas. Invite the heroes and yoginis who have already attained accomplishment. With the one in samadhi taking the lead, dissolving into the sound (Sanskrit: Nāda) of the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ), contemplate the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ) as the nature of coemergent bliss, this is
