On the solar disc, meditate on the nature of fierce fire (tummo) as the form of the short "a" syllable with a vertical stroke, along with a crescent moon and a bindu. Inhale your own breath, passing through the two channels, the right and left, entering from the lower end of the central channel. From the lower end of the consort's wisdom channel (duti), breath also arises and is drawn into your own wisdom channel. When these two breaths combine, they fan the solar disc and the short "a" syllable, causing them to become intensely red and almost ignite. Fanning again, the fire burns like the tip of a needle. That fire gradually increases, becoming like the shaft of a bird's feather. When it gradually reaches the heart, throat, and crown, the "Hum" syllable at the crown gradually melts like wax, and as it descends from the crown to the throat, bliss (ānanda) arises. From the throat to the heart, supreme bliss (paramānanda) arises. From the heart to the navel, special bliss (viramānanda) arises. From the navel to the tip of the jewel (genitals), co-emergent bliss (sahajānanda) is drawn forth, which are the four blisses of descending order. Again, reversing the focus upwards, from the tip of the sign (genitals) to the navel, then to the heart, then to the throat, and then to the crown, bliss, supreme bliss, special bliss, and co-emergent bliss are drawn forth in sequence, which are the four blisses of ascending order. Thus, drawing forth one set of these four blisses, especially at the time of co-emergent bliss, one should meditate by combining bliss and emptiness, ascertaining emptiness through bliss. The method of drawing forth the four blisses is as follows. As it is said in the Vajramala Tantra: "When explaining the Vajra arising order, this great wheel is in the crown, it is said to be bliss. The enjoyment wheel is supreme bliss, the bliss-free abides in the Dharma wheel. In the emanation wheel, co-emergent, one experiences bliss." And again, in the same text: "The emanation wheel is bliss, supreme bliss abides in the Dharma wheel. The bliss free from enjoyment, co-emergent and great bliss. The reverse order is thus spoken." Because it is said thus. When rising from clear light, release the projection of thinking you are rising in the form of the Heruka (Bhairava) and his consort in union. Although the practice of blending is discussed here, its method will be understood from the explanation below. While in meditative equipoise, meditate on bliss and emptiness. Upon rising in the post-meditation period, one should train to perceive all appearances as the play of bliss and emptiness.

Om. Furthermore, since all phenomena are empty by nature, one should view emptiness as a magical display. Similarly, all appearances should be regarded as the play of great bliss. At that time, one should become accustomed to the fact that whatever appears is empty, emptiness is bliss, and bliss arises as the form of a deity. This is how the meaning of body isolation in the practice of union is accomplished. When Lodro Chokyong explained the completion stage of this, he said, "This is a substitute for the stage of body isolation in the union of the noble tradition." That's why he said that. Second, the method of practicing vase breathing and vajra recitation in the heart is as follows: In the Indian text, it says, "Purify with pure union." and so on. In the Prayer, it says, "In the wheel of Dharma, with the supreme mantra yoga, through vase breathing and vajra recitation, may all the knots of the heart channel be released, and may the mind be intoxicated with innate bliss." As explained, there are two parts: the method of meditating on vase breathing and the method of practicing vajra recitation in the heart. First, although the treatises of the great accomplished ones want to show other different wind yogas, the tradition of Je Yabse considers that this is showing the method of meditating on vase breathing. If that is the case, then here, within the དྷཱུ་ཏཱིའི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: དྷཱུ་ཏཱི,dhūtī,dhuti, channel) of the heart chakra, visualizing oneself as Vajrabhairava, visualize a white drop above, about half the size of a mustard seed, and a red drop below, also about half the size of a mustard seed, in the form of a closed gau box. In its center, visualize a white ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: ཧཱུཾ,hūṃ,hum,Hum) syllable, about the size of a mustard seed, and then fix the mind on it. After slightly inhaling air through both nostrils, simultaneously with silently holding the breath, press down the upward-moving life-sustaining air. Also, simultaneously with tightening the lower gate, lift the downward-moving cleansing air upward. Contemplate that both of these dissolve into the ཧཱུཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: ཧཱུཾ,hūṃ,hum,Hum) syllable in the heart. Rub the palms of the hands three times, touching the three places. For the duration of ringing the hand bell three times, first hold for the duration of thirty-six breaths, then twice that, then three times that. If you cannot bear the breath, exhale slowly from the mouth. By meditating in this way, the winds will enter the central channel, and the three stages of entering, abiding, and dissolving will occur, becoming the intermediary for clear light. Again, as before, ignite the inner heat and guide the four joys in the ascending and descending order, and also practice the doors of mixing.
