Imagine that the wind enters from the left nostril and abides in the navel. Imagine that it is completely transformed into a perfect moon mandala, like a clear image with white and reddish light appearing, and in its center, imagine a white and reddish Hūṃ syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). Then, imagine that the moon together with the Hūṃ syllable is completely transformed into Heruka, with a white body color, residing with his right leg extended. Like a rainbow in the sky, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and bell and embracing the consort. Imagine the consort, Vajravarahi, red in color, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a chopper, embracing him. In an instant, bless the secret place, and generate the pride of being the actual Hevajra parents. Imagine the union of the parents, with the sound of joy from the movement of the secret place, and the rays of light of the nature of bliss radiating, touching all the outer and inner worlds, and imagine them transforming into the form of light. Then, imagine all outer phenomena as inner phenomena, and all inner phenomena as the complete mandala of deities. If you are doing it according to the stages of the generation stage, you can do it that way. Here, mainly focusing on visualizing the parent deities, then merge the samaya-sattva parents. The two also dissolve due to union, and the dissolved substance completely transforms, and from the center of the navel chakra, within the dhūtī (Sanskrit: dhūtī), appears a Hūṃ syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) like a pearl smeared with sindhūra, becoming the nature of great bliss. From the ā (Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā) at its foot to the nada, gather them in a gradual dissolving manner, and imagine that the nada also abides in a measure of one hundred thousandth of a hair tip. Therefore, hold the mind. Then, you can also not focus on the nada, but focus the mind on its subtle point. Doing so is necessary, because it is for the sake of quickly gathering the winds into the central channel. Here, it is so necessary. Merely being able to gather the winds into the central channel does not necessarily require performing the stages of dissolution. In "The Ear of Accomplishments," it says: Even if the stages of dissolution are not done in advance, if you grasp the mind as before, due to habit, the ability to gather the winds into the central channel will arise. If it is done in conjunction with the stages of dissolution, there is a need to easily gather the winds, so it is done that way. Because it is said that way. The method of inserting the three visualization points just mentioned into the central channel of the solitary wind is the key point of life force exertion.

This also belongs to this category. As it is said in Luipa's commentary on Abhisamaya, the Vajra of the Tathagata states that the completion stages during the meditation on the support within the central channel (dūti) of all the body's chakras transform into prana-karma. Therefore, Your Holiness also holds this view. So, what is the meaning of prana-karma? There are two explanations for this. From the perspective of the Guhyasamaja, 'prana' means wind, and 'karma' means to remain for a long time. Therefore, the wind that makes life remain long is called prana-karma. However, in the Oral Transmission and Vibhuti, 'karma' is explained etymologically as 'to obstruct,' so obstructing the prana (wind) is the meaning of prana-karma. That is, it means blocking the flow of wind from the nostrils and causing it to flow in the central channel. As it says in the Sprout of Accomplishments: 'As mentioned before, by meditating on the syllable Hūṃ, etc., in the center of the navel chakra, one prevents the wind from passing through the nostrils and exiting, causing it to flow in the central channel, which is called prana-karma. Prana is the wind flowing in the nostrils, and karma is explained etymologically as meaning to obstruct.' In general, there are many different views among the tantras and great accomplished ones regarding the method of entering the wind into the central channel. Luipa makes the wind enter the central channel by relying on meditating on the syllable Hūṃ in the navel as before. The Kalachakra tradition makes it enter by relying on meditating on vase breathing in the navel. Dombipa, Krishnacharya, and the Six Dharmas of Naropa make it enter by relying on meditating on inner heat (tummo) in the navel. Drilbupa makes it enter by first pressing the vital point in the heart, then pressing the lower end of the central channel, and then pressing the upper end of the central channel, etc. Kukkuripa makes it enter by performing vajra recitation in the heart. The Yeshe Zhab tradition makes it enter by first pressing the heart, then pressing the lower end of the central channel, and then pressing the vital point in the heart again. The Guhyasamaja Arya tradition makes the wind of the nostrils enter the central channel by first pressing the lower end of the central channel and then pressing the vital point in the heart. In general, whichever view of the tantras and great accomplished ones is adopted, the ultimate goal is to make the wind enter the central channel.
