Visualizing the mandala of the body as being equal to these is the key to understanding the path. The yogi, based on the distinction between the ground and path of oneself, meditates on the excellent qualities, armor, bonds, etc., which is the key to gathering the path of omniscience, because many extensive commentaries on this and the Lord himself have also explained it. Fourth, there is a way to meditate slightly on the Great Yoga of the Completion Stage, which is mainly done as a side effect of meditating on the Generation Stage. Starting with verbally reciting the vowels and consonants, from the end of the chain of five-colored rays of vowels and consonants, the deities of the three wheels manifest accompanied by the breath of the right nostril, placing beings in the state of the three wheels, etc. After that, entering from one's left nostril and dissolving into the navel chakra, from the complete transformation, gradually generating the white Heruka with the consort Pig-faced Mother, the sound of joy arising from the secret place summons beings, dissolving into the charnel ground, etc., as described in the stages of absorption, finally focusing the mind on the subtle Nada, and then contemplating that the Nada also disappears, thereby practicing the yoga of bliss and emptiness. Third, there are two ways to act at the end of the session: recitation and the ritual of torma, etc. First, there are two types: Vajra recitation and verbal recitation. First, here is the method of Vajra recitation for those in the Generation Stage. Then, again, instantly arising from the mandala of the support and the supported, from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) or the white Nada with a slightly reddish hue residing on the moon in one's navel, the breath goes outward, manifesting the deities of the five chakras with the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ), accomplishing the benefit of beings. With the sound of Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari:ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Oṃ), it enters inward and dissolves into Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hūṃ) or Nada. With the sound of Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Āḥ), contemplate abiding, because this itself is holding the breath slightly. Second, there are generally five ways of verbal recitation: vow recitation, Ḍolī recitation, measure recitation, ball recitation, and wrathful recitation. Whichever of these is done, it is like the extensive method of generating the rosary that appears in the Generation Stage, or like the abbreviated one that appears in the Abhisamaya here, generating it in Padma Garwang, contemplating that the wisdom beings dissolve into the offering, transforming into a rosary and reciting.

Yes, at that time, one must be willing to recite from the mouths of the main deity and the retinue. Because the Drilbupa and others have said that after reciting in this way, such a number of transformative differences will occur. Moreover, in the nature of the session, reciting without being distracted by the pride of the deity should be included in that number. Those recitations done during the breaks of the session, although not counted in the number of recitations, must still be recited. Because for the sake of purifying karmic obscurations and pacifying obstacles, etc., one can recite during all activities, as explained in many commentaries on this. The mantras to be recited are the mantras mentioned above. However, there are differences in terms of number and method of recitation. In order to make oneself enter and empower others, etc., if one does according to the extensive practice of this method, as stated by Darikapa and the Black Practitioner, the main father and mother should each recite three hundred thousand times, each of the deities of the three wheels should recite two hundred thousand times, and each of the other twelve goddesses should recite six thousand five hundred times. For the medium and brief practices, the main deity should recite one hundred thousand times, and the retinue should each recite ten thousand times. Whether extensive or brief, one must recite the mantra for invoking wisdom one hundred thousand times. The mantra to be recited by the father is the root mantra, which is the best. In addition, because it is said to be the heart mantra, it also includes the mother. Although there are cases where the root mantras of the father and mother are recited first, if one does not recite them mainly, then after reciting the mantras of the deities of the five wheels, one can recite as much as possible, because this is how it is stated in some qualified treatises, and other reasoning can also establish it. Although some do not recite the armor mantra, it should be recited at the end of the root mantra, because the root tantra says: "On this earth, there are four jewels." Because this is one of the four that are mentioned. However, I think it is not necessary to include it in the number of the practice, it needs to be examined. The mantra of the eight verses, even if counted as the number of recitations, is not contradictory. If one does not do this, one can recite as much as is appropriate, or not recite at all, because this is a praise mantra, so it is said to be optional. The method of reciting a medium amount is explained in the Explanatory Tantra Abhidharmakosha. It says: "What should be done first is the practice."
