Therefore, it is said that way. Secondly, how to meditate is as follows: When one sees Nada (藏文: ནཱ་ད།) in the sky like a white moon with a reddish glow, one should enter into it with the intention of "I shall take birth in the white and red Bodhicitta of the Buddha Father and Mother." From this, it gradually becomes a white "Hum" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།) syllable with a reddish glow, which is enlightenment from the wisdom of direct realization. From this, the gathering and dispersing of the five-wheel mandala is enlightenment from the wisdom of accomplished action. There is a reason why these two wisdoms are called subsequent yoga: just as the moon mentioned earlier is the cause of great bliss, so too, this "Hum" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།) syllable is the cause that accords with it, and therefore it is said that way. Such a sequence is called the yoga of transforming birth into the Nirmāṇakāya, which is in accordance with the intermediate state consciousness taking birth in the sperm and blood of the parents, and it purifies the practitioner's own birth. At the time of the completion stage of the path, it is in accordance with holding the coarse Nirmāṇakāya with the pure and impure illusory body, and it becomes a special ripening virtue that gives rise to such realization in the continuum. At the time of the result, it is in accordance with the Sambhogakāya manifesting the form of the Nirmāṇakāya performing the twelve deeds, and from now on, by practicing in the way of taking the result as the path, it establishes the special ability to quickly accomplish the Nirmāṇakāya. As such, it is also in accordance with the object to be purified: the four elements together with Mount Meru are in accordance with the general body of the two parents. The various small lotuses are in accordance with the chakras of the two. The white and red Bindus are in accordance with the white and red elements of the two. The two Bindus merge and become a white moon with a reddish glow, which is in accordance with the white and red elements merging in the mother's womb. Nada entering into the center of the moon is in accordance with the intermediate state consciousness entering into the Bindu. From there, gradually becoming the "Hum" (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།) syllable is in accordance with the body gradually developing in the womb. From this, the body of Heruka is completely perfected as the result.

The generation is in accordance with being born from the womb. There is a special symbolic meaning when combined with the completion stage: the various lotuses symbolize the chakras of the male and female in the completion stage; the vowels symbolize the white and red essences of the two; the white and red moons symbolize the union of the white and red essences. The nada enters there and transforms into the letter Hūṃ, which symbolizes the special bliss-emptiness wisdom arising from the union. The practitioner of the completion stage focuses on the vajra body, which also symbolizes the way to draw great bliss: the lotus symbolizes the practitioner's chakra; the vowel focuses on the navel chakra, symbolizing the kindling of inner heat; the vowels symbolize the melting of the essence; from the complete arising of that, it transforms into a moon with white and red radiance, symbolizing the union of the white and red essences; the nada enters the center of the moon and transforms into the letter Hūṃ, symbolizing the special co-emergent wisdom of ascending and descending that arises from the union. Then, recite the mantra of a moment and contemplate its meaning: contemplate that all phenomena are naturally pure, inseparable from emptiness, which is the nature of the Dharmakāya, and that I am it, thus generating pride. From contemplating impartial compassion to here, there is a teaching method starting from the aspiration prayer: gathering all elaborations into the place of clear light, from "gathering all elaborations into the place of clear light" to "may I become a vessel for generating such a completion stage," this is how it is taught. The third part has five points: briefly explaining the generation of the support and supported; explaining the establishment of the vowels in detail; contemplating the corresponding purity and the body mandala; allocating places, inviting the wisdom beings and bestowing empowerment; offering praise and remembering purity. The first point is how to do it: the moon, vowels, vowels, and the letter Hūṃ all transform, from which all the mandalas of the support and supported arise simultaneously, in this way, enlightenment is attained from the wisdom of the Dharmadhātu. Some ask, if this method is the path of the Nirmāṇakāya, then the object to be purified is the gradual formation of the vessel and its contents, while here the support and supported are formed simultaneously, the Dharma is not the same, how should it be done? There is no fault, because that and the order of the Dharma
