The water wheel, the remaining dried is the fire wheel, the root is called the wind wheel, and the tortoise indicates meditating on Mount Meru. Therefore, it is generated step by step from the wind wheel. As it is said in the practice methods of the four elements and Mount Meru from the emptiness, from the seed syllables ཡཾ་(Tibetan, yam, Devanagari, yaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, yaṃ, literal meaning in Chinese), རཾ་(Tibetan, ram, Devanagari, raṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, raṃ, literal meaning in Chinese), བཾ་(Tibetan, bam, Devanagari, vaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, vaṃ, literal meaning in Chinese), ལཾ་(Tibetan, lam, Devanagari, laṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, laṃ, literal meaning in Chinese), སུཾ་(Tibetan, sum, Devanagari, suṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, suṃ, literal meaning in Chinese), it is generated gradually. The colors of the four elements are as they appear, and how to meditate on the color of Mount Meru, such as the east being crystal, the south being lapis lazuli, the west being ruby, and the north being golden, as described in the Samvara Tantra and others. There is also a method of meditating on the eight mountain mouths, that is, in the eight directions above, meditating on eight suitable objects in the shape of square mountains. It is necessary to meditate on these, for the sake of the support of the outer mandala and the body mandala, and in the completion stage, to realize the nature of the Vajra body. Second, how to meditate, that is, in the center of the top of Mount Meru, from the yellow syllable པཾ་(Tibetan, pam, Devanagari, paṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, paṃ, literal meaning in Chinese)arise various lotuses, and in its center from the syllable ཧཱུཾ་(Tibetan, hum, Devanagari, hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, hūṃ, literal meaning in Chinese)arise various vajras, and on top of that, one should also meditate on an eight-petaled lotus of the same size as the center. Third, there are two methods of meditating on the four yogas: the general classification and the actual method of meditation. First, in general, in this context of Chakrasamvara, there are many differences in the method of generating the dependent and the depended mandala, such as the classification in the Samvara Tantra where the dependent and the depended are generated simultaneously, and the gradual generation described in the Explanatory Tantra Abhisamayalankara and the Sambhuta Tantra. The great accomplished black practitioner follows the latter two and generates gradually, while Luipa follows the former and generates simultaneously. In general, it does not contradict whatever is done, but here it is done according to Luipa's tradition. Although this tradition of Luipa is compatible with taming those born from eggs, it should mainly be applied to taming those born from the womb, because that is what is said in the Samvara Tantra. Second, there are four: the yoga of meditating on the shape similar to the sperm and blood bindu where the intermediate state takes birth, sperm and blood

Connecting in the center of the chakra, visualizing the body growing and appearing similar is subsequent yoga, and visualizing being reborn and appearing similar is the path-taking of the incarnate body, which is extremely yoga. A little explanation of how to meditate on the Great Perfection Yoga of the Completion Stage. First, how should one meditate? Although the tantras and other Indian texts explain meditating on both the moon and the sun, here, according to the practice method of Luipa, in the center of the lotus, vowels and consonants are arranged in forward and reverse order, and after being completely transformed, one meditates on the mandala of the moon, which has the image of vowels and consonants, is white, and has a reddish glow. The vowels and consonants have symbolic meanings: the thirty-two vowels symbolize the thirty-two major marks, and the eighty consonants symbolize the eighty minor marks. The reason for dividing into thirty-two vowels is that, according to the Sutra of Gatherings: "Starting from the first day of the white moon, until the moon is full, the letter A is on the first day of the white moon, and the letter I is on the old man's finger." Until "Starting from the first day of the dark moon, until the other or that time, the transformation is just like that." As shown, with the distinction between the waxing and waning moon, it is for the purpose of connecting the thirty-two parts of the white bindu of the body, which accumulates upwards from the feet and drips downwards from the crown of the head. The reason for dividing into eighty consonants is that, after the consonants are condensed into the five elements of earth, etc., there are four joys each, totaling twenty. In each of these, there is also a particle of the red element, totaling forty. These forty are also divided into two, means and wisdom, so they are established as eighty. What wisdom do the moon and vowels and consonants symbolize? The vowel Āli (藏文:ཨཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:आलि,梵文罗马拟音:āli,汉语字面意思:阿黎) and the white part of the moon symbolize the wisdom of luminosity like fire, and one becomes enlightened from that; the consonant Kāli (藏文:ཀཱ་ལི་,梵文天城体:कालि,梵文罗马拟音:kāli,汉语字面意思:嘎黎) and the red part of the moon symbolize the wisdom of equality, and one becomes enlightened from that. There is a way to add extra letters to the consonants, namely adding ཌ་ཌྷ་ད་དྷ་ཡ་ལ་, these six. The reason why meditating in this way is called yoga is that the two, vowels and consonants, are joined into one essence, and the single moon itself is the yoga of joining into the essence of two wisdoms.
