Etc. In order to generate the realization of the Completion Stage, it is necessary to strike the vital points of the Vajra Body. For this, it is necessary to thoroughly understand the general and specific aspects of the Vajra Body. Second, regarding the explanation of the stages of the path, there are five points: explaining the meaning of the essence of the Completion Stage, the two syllables E-vam; the divisions of the Completion Stage; the definite number; the order; and the meaning of each part. The first point has two parts: the common explanation and the individual explanations. The first part is: the meanings of all the unsurpassed tantras are contained in the meanings of the forty letters, such as E-vam, and especially in the meaning of the initial letter E-vam. If E-vam is divided, there are three: the E-vam of the result to be obtained, the E-vam of the path that obtains it, and the E-vam of the guiding symbol. The first has two explanations of definite numbers: if taken literally, E represents the places where the teacher resides, Vam represents the teacher who resides in those places and expounds the tantras, and the dot represents the one who teaches the Dharma. If taken in the definitive sense, E represents the wisdom that realizes emptiness at the time of the result, Vam represents the great bliss at the time of the result, and the dot represents the union of bliss and emptiness. Therefore, this is called the E-vam of the indivisibility of bliss and emptiness of the result. If symbolized from the perspective of the indivisibility of the two truths, the wisdom of the indivisibility of bliss and emptiness at the time of the result is the symbolic meaning of the letter E, its form body is the symbolic meaning of the letter Va, and the union of the two into one entity in body, speech, and mind is the symbolic meaning of the dot. Second, symbolized from the perspective of the path, the wisdom that realizes emptiness at the time of the path is the symbolic meaning of the letter E, its wisdom of great bliss is the symbolic meaning of the letter Va, and the union of the two essences as indivisible is the symbolic meaning of the dot. Third, there is the symbolic meaning of the guiding symbol E-vam. From the external point of view, the lotus of the mudra is the symbolic meaning of the letter E, the vajra of the father is the symbolic meaning of the letter Va, and the equal union of the two is the symbolic meaning of the dot. Internally, the triangular chakra of the crown and navel is the symbolic meaning of the letter E.

Moreover, the circular chakras of the heart and throat are symbolic of the letter "va," and the fact that these chakras tend towards skillful means and wisdom is symbolic of the bindu. Second, the separate explanations are divided into three parts: explaining emptiness, explaining bliss, and explaining the method of uniting bliss and emptiness inseparably. First, because the letter "E" symbolizes the three doors of liberation, if there is no conclusive view of realizing emptiness, then the meaning of the letter "E" is incomplete. Therefore, one must seek a pure view that realizes that all phenomena are empty of inherent existence. This view is extensively explained in various sutras and tantras, especially in the second, ninth, and fifteenth chapters of the Root Tantra. If we differentiate emptiness from the perspective of conceptual expression, there are four types: the emptiness of the emptiness of a person being independent and self-sufficiently existent; the emptiness of the emptiness of the object of grasping and the grasper being substantially different; the emptiness of negating existence that is not merely established by the power of the mind; and the emptiness of being empty of inherent existence from the beginning. The first is common to all schools of our own tradition, the second is the Mind-Only school, the third is the Svatantrika school, and the fourth is the emptiness accepted by the Prasangika school. Here, the main focus is on the latter, combining bliss and emptiness for meditation. As stated in the second chapter of the Root Tantra: "One's own mind is unborn from the beginning, its nature is emptiness." And, "The nature of phenomena is clear light, primordially pure like the sky." Therefore, here, the emptiness that is the cause for uniting bliss and emptiness has two aspects: from the perspective of the object and from the perspective of the subject. There are two methods of union: uniting the object and subject in a state of equal taste and inseparability, and uniting the subject, wisdom, and bliss, in a state of inseparable essence. Second, explaining bliss: The letter "va" of evam (ཨེ་ཝཾ་, अवं, avam, evam) symbolizes the great innate bliss. If this bliss is absent, then the meaning of the letter "va" is incomplete, so it must be generated. Moreover, the bliss of physical and mental pliancy based on calm abiding is not the bliss that is combined with emptiness here. Similarly, the preliminary practices of meditation are not the bliss of attaining the main practice and the uncontaminated
