The reason for calling them the wheel of great bliss, the wheel of enjoyment, the wheel of dharma, the wheel of emanation, and the wheel of guarding bliss is that: respectively, the support of bliss is the white bodhicitta located at the crown of the head; the place for enjoying the six tastes is the throat; the root of dharma, the support of the extremely subtle wind-mind, the indestructible bindu, is located at the heart; the tummo that emanates great bliss is located at the navel; and the innate coemergent bliss is mainly guarded from the secret place. Although these channels are gathered into the three channels of the left, right, and central channels in a collective way, if considered from the root, they belong to these three channels. Among the three channels, the central channel is the most important, because the winds of the left and right channels enter the central channel, experiencing the three stages of entering, abiding, and dissolving, thereby arising the coemergent wisdom, etc. Among the upper and lower parts of the central channel, the central channel wheel at the heart is the most important, because in the four times, the consciousness first enters, dwells in the middle, and finally transfers from the heart. Moreover, the place where the example and meaning of clear light appear during the path is also within the central channel of the heart. As (the text) says: May the sun of clear light arise in the center of the heart! Therefore, at the base, unless it is the time of death, the wind does not flow up and down arbitrarily in the central channel, because the knots of the left and right channels are tightly bound there. However, it must be admitted that the wind merely stays above the tube of the central channel, because there are the wind that is the mount of consciousness and the downward-moving wind. At the base, at the time of death, the wind flows from the central channel, because the power of karma and afflictions causes the channel knots to completely unravel. From the two channels, there are ways in which the four winds flow: from the left channel, the fire wind flows upward; from the right channel, the life-sustaining wind and the equal-dwelling wind mainly flow; while the life-root wind and the downward-moving wind flow together from both the left and right channels. Second, the way the wind forms: at the moment of conception in the womb, a new continuum of the coemergent wind of the future life arises, and then from that arises the coarse life-sustaining wind. At that time, the body of the sentient being is like the shape of a fish. This is the situation in the first month.

How does it arise? In the second month, the downward-clearing wind arises from the coarse life-sustaining wind. At that time, the body of that sentient being has five protrusions, like a turtle. In the third month, the equal-dwelling wind arises from the downward-clearing wind. At that time, the body of that sentient being is slightly hunched, like a wild boar. In the fourth month, the upward-moving wind arises from the equal-dwelling wind. At that time, the upper part of the body of that sentient being slightly expands, like the form of a lion. In the fifth month, the pervasive wind arises from the upward-moving wind. At that time, the body of that sentient being is like a dwarf. In the sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth months, respectively, it is in order for the wind and earth that move in the openings of the eyes, the wind and water that move in the openings of the ears, the wind and fire that move in the openings of the nose, the wind and the element wind that move in the openings of the tongue, and the wind that moves in the openings of the body and the openings of the space element to be completely born. These five are said to be the same in meaning as the five branch winds, and the terms dragon, turtle, crab, giver of ropes, and victorious bow are also used. Third, the way the thigle forms is as follows: the later similar type of the bardo's death luminosity mixes with the essence of the white and red elements of the two parents and becomes a lump-like object. Gradually, it dwells in the empty tube of the dhūti (Sanskrit: dhūti) where the heart is formed. From that, a part of the white element separates and dwells on the crown of the head, which is called the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable of the crown. A part of the red element separates and dwells in the navel, which is called the Aṃ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, literal meaning: Aṃ) syllable of the navel. From the white element, one's own lineage element and bone marrow fat are born. From the red element, one's own race element and blood, flesh, and skin arise. That thigle has two aspects in terms of its essence, but if distinguished by temporary state or place and function, there are four: in the center of the heart and the jewel, there is the thigle of the temporary state that generates sleep; in the throat and the secret place, there is the thigle that generates dreams; in the navel and the crown of the head, there is the thigle that generates wakefulness; in the navel and the secret place, there is the fourth, the thigle that generates the state of meditative absorption. The way it is generated is: it is generated by the power of taming that and that wind. Thus, the general and specific aspects of the ground's situation have been shown.
