When experiencing the visions of the path and clear light, appearances like the emptiness of the sky arise. Secondly, "When rising from that, whatever arises, all appearances," etc., is shown by one verse. Then, in the post-meditation state, one should meditate on the body isolation, visualizing the five aggregates, four elements, six sense faculties, and five objects as deities. Furthermore, the body isolation that becomes a hundred by dividing each of the five aggregates into five is the body isolation of the hundred families. The body isolation that is meditated upon by condensing those into five families is the body isolation of the five families. Meditating by condensing those into three families is the body isolation of the three families. Meditating on all of those as oneself Vajradhara is the way to meditate on the body isolation of one family. That is, meditating on the aggregates and mind as deities through the door of the wisdom object meditated upon in equipoise appearing as deities. At that time, when the five sense faculties enjoy the five consorts, all appearances of objects appear as the play of bliss and emptiness, which is the gathering in. And, since the two meditations of meditating on the sense faculties and objects as deities arise, that also needs to be known. Secondly, speech isolation has three parts. First, meditating on the drop of mantra in the heart: "King of drops, supreme drop of mantra," etc., is shown by one verse. This has two types: meditating on the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) or Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the center of the drop within the heart chakra, and meditating by arranging vowel and consonant letters on the chakra. Whichever of the two is done, by focusing on the object and meditating single-pointedly, the co-emergent wisdom is made to arise based on the wind entering, abiding, and dissolving into the central channel. Secondly, meditating on the drop of light at the tip of the nose on the face: "The sound of the drop of light at the tip of the nose on the face," etc., is shown by four lines. One should do vajra recitation through the door of the sound of one's own wind entering, abiding, and rising, appearing as the sound of three letters. That is, when the wind enters through the nostrils, one should think that it appears as the sound of Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), when it abides, one should think that it appears as the sound of Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:啊), and when it rises, one should think that it appears as the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and by relying on doing vajra recitation in this way, one makes the knots of the heart channel loosen. Generally, there are ten winds, root and branch, and among those, the wind that is the mount of consciousness is the life wind that abides in the heart.

It is wind, and it is the subtle wind among the coarse and subtle. Like a wind horse, and like a rider of consciousness. However, the essence of wind and consciousness are not different; like water entering water, they are of the same essence. However, wind is not consciousness, and consciousness is not wind, and there is no consciousness whose essence is different from wind, but wind and consciousness are not one either. In general, all the actions of samsara and nirvana are done by wind, and among them, birth, aging, sickness, and death are all caused by the workings of karma wind. As it is said in the Vajra Garland: Just as fire burns objects, it disappears without cause, and then the life wind arises again, and the karma wind becomes various, and with it, consciousness, and again it abides in the three realms. Third, the material bindu at the tip of the secret place is: At the tip of the two supreme secret channels of skillful means and wisdom. The four lines and so on show that at the junction of one's own vajra and the lotus of the mudra, one focuses single-mindedly on a bindu the size of a mustard seed. By relying on meditation, the winds dissolve, and the three wisdoms of appearance, increase, and attainment arise, and especially at the time of clear light, innate wisdom arises. Third, mind isolation is: The three bindus at the three tips. The four lines and so on show that, as before, by relying on the meditation of the three life forces, the knots of the heart channels are completely loosened, and the winds are gathered and dissolved into the indestructible bindu of the heart, thereby causing the arising of the exemplary clear light. That is, by relying on either of the two mudras, and by repeatedly performing the holding and subsequent breaking of the absorption sequence, one can draw out the three minds of appearance, increase, and attainment, and especially when the ultimate exemplary clear light is drawn out, mind isolation is perfected. The limit of the perfection of mind isolation is: Previously, by causing all other winds that agitate conceptual thoughts to enter, abide, and dissolve in the central channel, one can generate wisdom. But here, from then on, all the pervasive winds dissolve into the indestructible bindu of the heart like the stages of death, and the wisdom of clear light arises for the first time, and at the time of the union of bliss and emptiness, the ultimate mind isolation arises. Second, divided into three: conventional illusion and ultimate clear light and
