Sa. From the very beginning of no birth, no cessation, from the very beginning of peace, from the very nature of complete nirvana, for those who have truly entered the Mahayana, the second wheel of Dharma, which is extremely wondrous and marvelous, was turned in the form of proclaiming emptiness. The wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is also supreme, and it has become a place of debate for the meaning of honesty. The Blessed One began with the very non-existence of the essence of all dharmas. From the very beginning of no birth, no cessation, from the very beginning of peace, from the very nature of complete nirvana, for those who have truly entered all vehicles, the third wheel of Dharma, which is wondrous and marvelous, was turned in a well-separated and complete manner. This wheel of Dharma turned by the Blessed One is unsurpassed, without interruption, and is the definitive meaning, and is not a place of debate. So it is said. The necessity is to dispel doubts about the two extremes and place them on the Middle Way. The Madhyamikas consider the first and last two teachings to be intentional, and the middle one to be of definitive meaning. The previous quote is explained as intentional. Some explain that it is to eliminate the contradiction between the first two teachings: In the conventional truth, everything exists; in the ultimate truth, it does not exist. Therefore, how can existence and non-existence contradict each other in the same thing? As stated in the Lankavatara Sutra. They say that this is the view of the Madhyamikas, not the Mind-Only, because the Mind-Only does not admit that there is no truth in the ultimate truth. The Mind-Only cannot eliminate the contradiction between the views of the Shravakas and the Madhyamikas. Some say that the first is the wheel of the four noble truths, the second is the wheel of the two truths, and the last is the wheel of no established truths. In the last statement, the establishment of the four truths or the two truths is proven by valid cognition. Some say that the last one is the wheel of various vehicles because it shows various vehicles. As it says in the Extensive Play Sutra: Like illusion, mirage, like dream, water moon, echo, the protector turns the wheel of Dharma with various similar Dharma methods. So they say. Pandit Shenphen Zangpo says that the wheel of higher realms was turned for those without lineage. Sadza.

Nana said: It is said that the Pratyekabuddha lineage turns the wheel of Dharma by its own power. Chak said: It contradicts the three wheels that are taught, and such a separate collection is not visible, so it is not clear. Thus, the Sugata has abandoned the habits arising from all speech. Since there is no teaching through speech, from the time of enlightenment until nirvana, even though not a single word was spoken, it manifests in various ways according to the thoughts of sentient beings. A cymbal made by a machine makes a sound when moved by the wind, but there is no one striking it. Likewise, it still makes a sound. Similarly, because of previous good training, the Buddha's speech arises when stimulated by the thoughts of sentient beings. There is no conceptual thought arising here. Thus, it comes from the secret, inconceivable. Thus, the teacher sees that sentient beings are obscured by the cataract of ignorance, bound by the knot of self-view, oppressed by the mountain of pride, tormented by the fire of desire, wounded by the weapon of hatred, entered into the wilderness of samsara, and have not crossed the river of birth, old age, sickness, and death. In order to liberate them from suffering, from between the teeth of the auspicious conch shell, he extends the tongue of manifestation, utters the voice of Brahma, and turns the wheel of Dharma without remainder.
