Thus it is. The path of seeing is the Dharma wheel; when it arose for Kauṇḍinya, it was said to be the turning of the Dharma wheel. The three recitations are "This is suffering," etc., and "It should be fully known," and "It is fully known." With each recitation, an eye arises. Wisdom, intelligence, and understanding arise. Connected with this, the uninterrupted, liberation, and the path of distinction arise, shown as twelve aspects. If there are twelve recitations, will there be sixty-four aspects? Because the groups of three and twelve are consistent in Dharma, there is no fault. The Vaibhāṣikas say that the three recitations show the three: seeing, meditation, and no-more-learning. If so, the Dharma wheel would not be three recitations and twelve aspects, because the path of seeing alone is not three recitations and twelve aspects. Therefore, the category of Dharma itself is the Dharma wheel; the three recitations are the three recitations of the truths. The twelve aspects are suffering, arising, cessation, and path, and should be fully known, should be abandoned, should be realized, should be cultivated, and are fully known, are abandoned, are realized, are cultivated. Turning the wheel is for making others understand or know. The necessity is that at the first recitation, Kauṇḍinya and many gods arose with the path of seeing. At the second, Kauṇḍinya became an Arhat, and the other four arose with the path of seeing. At the third, the four also became Arhats, which is the direct necessity. The indirect or special necessity is to turn away from grasping disciples as individuals and to establish them in the four fruits.

These are the parts. Regarding the Prajnaparamita, the Dharma friend says: There are two meanings to be explained, namely, explaining the meaning of the essence and explaining the meaning of the Abhisamaya. The first is to explain the ultimate emptiness or the three doors of liberation, such as the Heart Sutra, etc. The second is the extensive hundred thousand verses, the medium extensive twenty-five thousand verses, the medium of the medium eighteen thousand verses, and the medium condensed ten thousand verses Prajnaparamita. The condensed extensive eight thousand verses, and the condensed condensed "The Jewel Heap of Merits." There is no difference in explaining the meaning of the eight Abhisamayas. It is only the difference between the extensive and condensed words. Thus, when distinguishing the abbreviated ones, there is only a difference. Such explanations appear in the commentaries. Among them, the first five were spoken together, because the requesters were all the same, and in the arrangement of the pure land, they were the same as the prophecy of the Ganges goddess. It is universally present, because one Buddha does not repeatedly prophesy the same person to become a Buddha. If it is said that it contradicts the fact that Nagarjuna was not prophesied, it is because the prophecies are different. Some are spoken as clarifying the Dharma, and some are prophesying Buddhahood. There is no difference in the Ganges goddess being prophesied to become a Buddha. If it is said that in the introduction, the numbers such as "thirteen and a half hundred thousand" and "five thousand" are inconsistent, it is because of the difference between calculating the Sangha and calculating individuals. In the hundred thousand verses, there are no four: Maitreya, Constant, Dharma Superior, and Conclusion, because Nagarjuna did not invite them from the Naga palace. However, just as "Although the same voice is spoken, it can be distinguished into many voices" or "The voice is spoken one by one, but it can become many voices, because of me, so that everyone can understand," according to one's own wisdom, the three faculties of superior, medium, and inferior understand the three types of extensive, medium, and condensed words, and the collector also collects them in this way. There is no fault that the collector cannot collect in this way, because it is the blessing or manifestation of the Buddha himself. Thus, the translators Khro Phu and Chag said that the "Three Million Verses" were spoken. The collection is after that, the fourfold retinue.

For the sake of rejoicing, it is said that it was spoken in the Magadha language, so it appears in the commentary. The necessity is to turn back all the disciples who have gone to see, and to place them on the one path, in the single manner of emptiness. As it says in the Extensive Play Sutra: 'The alaya is without basis and without elaboration. There is no birth or cessation, and no acceptance or rejection. In emptiness, with a single manner, the wheel of Dharma is well turned.' So it is said. After it was also known that those were the intermediate wheel, the gods made a loud sound of praise in the sky, saying: 'Alas! In Jambudvipa, we have also seen the turning of the second wheel of Dharma.'
