Just as it is, one knows all the subtle fields. The direct perception of remembering previous lives is the auspicious transformation of the infinite lifetimes of oneself and others. The direct perception of the divine eye is that one fully knows the karma and ripening of all sentient beings, both subtle and extremely subtle, as well as their death and birth. The direct perception of the exhaustion of defilements is that, with the vajra-like samadhi at the end of the ten bhumis, one has exhausted all dual obscurations along with their habitual tendencies, and is omniscient in all aspects. Thus, knowing what the body, the appearance of the three realms, the speech, and the mind of that Buddha are, as it is said in the Glorious Tantra: 'The body is clear and the dust particles have disappeared, it is equal to space, and it is completely perfected by the marks and so forth. The various three worlds themselves are clear, free from obscurations, and appear like a dream. The speech is continuous and uninterrupted, and with many other languages it enters the hearts of others. The mind is filled with supreme bliss, unwavering, and embraces everything born simultaneously in time.' Thus it is said. Similarly, the wisdom of the alaya is the completely pure aggregate, filling the sky. The alaya consciousness is the impure object of grasping and being grasped, filling the sky. In this regard, purity and cleanliness are the same. The pure abode, the noble Gautama, the three wisdoms are pure and clean, meaning holding the five completely pure aggregates. In the 'Two Examinations' it says: ' निश्चितं वस्तु सर्वस्य। niscitaṃ vastu sarvasya। śuddhatā tathāgatocyate। paścādekaikabhedena। devaistu parikīrtyate। (Sanskrit, Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Meaning: Certainly everything, purity is called the Tathagatagarbha. Afterwards, with individual distinctions, it is praised by the gods.) It is said that all things are of two types: all conventional things and all ultimate things. All conventional things are characteristics, and their nature of purity is suchness. All ultimate things are only nature, and are also ultimate things, also purity, and also suchness. The distinction of the nature of each conventional characteristic is the suchness of form and the suchness of feeling, and so on, as many characteristics as there are, so many distinctions of suchness. The distinction of the purity and suchness of each ultimate thing is the ultimate aggregate.

I. As many realms and sources as there are, so many are also pure, also deities, also suchness. In the sutras such as the Hundred Thousand Verses and the Twenty Thousand Verses, all the pure aggregates, realms, and sources that are spoken of are said in the tantras to be a multitude of deities filling the sky. Among them, the pure aggregate of form, etc., are the Tathagatas such as Vairochana, the pure realms of earth, water, etc., are the Tathagata Mothers such as Buddhalochana, the pure faculties of the eye, etc., are the Bodhisattvas such as Ratnasambhava, the pure objects of form, sound, etc., are the Bodhisattva Mothers such as Rupa Vajra, the pure functions of the faculties of the hand, etc., are the Wrathful Ones such as Amoghasiddhi, and the pure functions of the কর্ম faculties are the Wrathful Mothers such as Amoghasiddhi's consort. The pure aggregates, faculties, and কর্ম faculties are shown to be male deities, and the realms, objects, and functions of the কর্ম faculties are shown to be female deities. This occurs in the non-dual tantras such as the Kalachakra. The Bodhisattva Earth Vajra, etc., also shows the pure realms as male deities, which occurs in the Father Tantras such as the Guhyasamaja. The pure aggregates and faculties are also shown as female deities, which occurs in the Mother Tantras such as the Hevajra. Just as the moon at the time of the full moon and the moon at the time of the fifteenth day are of the same essence, so the pure forms, etc., at the time of sentient beings and the pure forms, etc., at the time of the Buddha are of the same essence. As it says in the Ornament of Clear Realization: 'The pure fruit, form, etc., is purity itself; because these two are not different, they are said to be pure because they cannot be separated.' This is a summary of the meaning of all the pure forms, etc., spoken of in the Hundred Thousand Verses and the Twenty Thousand Verses, etc. There is no difference between pure form, etc., and form, etc., being pure, and the nature of afflictions.
