I felt happy. Then, what are those things like? They are the Dharma of benefit and happiness in all times and circumstances, both constant and temporary. Having shown them in this way, I saw those sentient beings being satisfied with Dharma and worldly wealth. As it is said in the "Praise of Names": "Accomplishing all auspicious wealth." That is the meaning. Similarly, in the "Condensed Verses" it says: "Whatever happiness is conditioned and unconditioned, know that all that happiness arises from this." And, "How many happinesses and Dharmas of happiness there are for the sons of the Buddhas, the Hearers, the Solitary Realizers, the gods, and all sentient beings, all of those arise from the supreme Prajñāpāramitā. Prajñā never diminishes and never increases." That is the meaning. Similarly, the great bliss of Prajñāpāramitā, the equality of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa and the three times, is complete, as it is said in the "Ornament of Clear Realization": "It is not the edge of this shore or the far shore, nor does it abide in between them; because it knows all times as equal, it is called Prajñāpāramitā." That is the meaning. Thus, the unchanging ultimate truth is the meaning of the empowerment of the tantras of skillful means and wisdom, and even those who commit the five inexpiable sins are taken care of by this great bliss of empowerment. As it is said in the "Stainless Light": "Those who have committed the five inexpiable sins, by what means and wisdom nature of the tantras will the empowerment of the Victorious Ones truly take hold of the bliss of empowerment?" This wisdom of unchanging ultimate great bliss is the meaning of the four empowerments of the tantras, which are the four joys and the sixteen joys. Among them, the great bliss of the body is the joy of the vase empowerment, where the bodily bindu is stable. The great bliss of speech is the supreme joy of the speech empowerment, where the speech bindu is stable. The great bliss of mind is the special joy of the wisdom-jñāna empowerment, where the mind bindu is stable. The great bliss of attachment is the coemergent joy of the fourth empowerment, where the attachment bindu is stable. Each of the four bindus and four joys is divided into four, so there are sixteen bindus and sixteen joys. That itself is the sixteen aspects. When any yogi realizes these sixteen joys of the unchanging ultimate great bliss with the jñāna of self-awareness, at that time it is the sixteen aspects.

The meaning of ག. Jetsun Mila said: Obtaining happiness in the mind is the meaning of empowerment. Also, in the Two Examinations it says: Empowerment is guided by four, and joy and so on are known sequentially. Also, in the Commentary on Praise it says: With a definite meaning, again, the sound of the vase refers to the breasts, and the happiness that comes from touching them is the vase empowerment. The happiness that comes from the secret Vajra blessing is the secret empowerment. When the two faculties enter equally, the happiness that drips is the wisdom-jnana empowerment. The unchanging happiness that arises after the great mudra is the fourth empowerment, which is also the Thusness empowerment. Thus, with the distinction of changing, changing, dripping, and unchanging, there are four types of empowerment. Here, what performs the empowerment is the empowerment, because it possesses a mind of bliss. Each of these empowerments has four joys. Each joy is distinguished by the realms of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, with four states, that is, distinguished by four drops. Thus, with the distinction of sixteen parts, each empowerment has sixteen joys, that is, the four distinctions of the bindus of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. As it is said, the wheel of four joys and sixteen joys, the great bliss of unchanging nirvana, this is the great bliss of the meaning of empowerment in all the tantras. This is also practiced from remembrance onwards through the three seals. The great mudra is: The hero Sarahas says: When encountering a maiden who has never existed before, the sleeping mind relies on the groundless. Do not regard your own form as different, this is the act of placing the Buddha in your hand. Also, in the Two Examinations it says: The goddess gives joy, gives a place to stay. Having various forms, pleasing to the mind. Take it, take it, great hero. Take it and always make offerings. Also, in the Chakrasamvara it says: With the breath of the supreme central channel, and with incense and water, one should always worship the mother of lineage. Especially at special times, one should offer the messenger woman. The meaning of these practices is very profound and must be learned from a very proficient branch. Thus, samsara and nirvana
