and all sorts of unpleasant smells such as dung pit dust, freshly brewed alcohol, roasted barley, various burnt offerings, rhododendrons, birch trees, pine trees, and all sorts of tree smells. Furthermore, divine incense, naga incense, and various unimaginably exquisite and unnameable fragrances suitable for noble Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas arise, so that the yogi's experience may arise. Furthermore, all of existence is filled with wonderful fragrances, eliminating all diseases and suffering, soothing the body, mind, and senses, increasing the appearance of samadhi and wisdom, and filling the sky with the effectiveness of all food and clothing. Moreover, as long as a single breath, the seed of obscuration, has not ceased, various pleasant and unpleasant smells, agreeable and disagreeable smells, beneficial and unbeneficial smells for diseases, and so on, will appear, so that the yogi's experience may arise. When the seed of obscuration, a single breath, ceases, and one obtains the instantaneous samadhi of unchanging bliss, all smells become pleasant, agreeable, and a single taste of great bliss, continuously filling the sky. Introducing the Various Tastes of Wisdom The fourth is the introduction to the various tastes of wisdom. Taste should be understood as samadhi. The meaning of this is that when the fundamental consciousness, the wisdom Mahamudra, the Great Madhyamaka, the Great Vehicle, the profound Prajnaparamita, the Tathagatagarbha, are manifested through the binding union, the practice of the six branches, the taste falls into six Among these, the salty taste is like the taste of salt, sea salt, rock salt, karu salt, ze salt, potash salt, alkaline salt, and wood salt. The sweet taste is like the taste of sugar, molasses, honey, milk, and tree sap. The spicy taste is like the taste of dried ginger, long pepper, and garlic. The bitter taste is like the taste of Coptis chinensis and Sophora flavescens. The astringent taste is like the taste of Terminalia chebula and Phyllanthus emblica. The sour taste is like the taste of sour wine, vinegar, lime, and trees that grow on aquatic plants.

It's like a taste. Thus, the food and drink of the six tastes are definitely six each. Leaning towards a certain taste is not delicious, only a balanced taste is delicious. For the food and drink of these six tastes, each taste has three aspects: dominant, minor, and balanced. For example, the salty taste has dominant, minor, and balanced aspects. As long as one air pocket of the obscuring seed is not blocked, various tastes such as delicious, pleasing, unpleasing, beneficial to diseases, and unhelpful will appear, because anything can appear in the yogic experience. When one air pocket of the obscuring seed is blocked, and the samadhi of the moment of unchanging bliss is attained, the appearance of the uncontaminated Dharmakaya becomes more apparent. Therefore, all appearances and existences appear as the supreme taste, vast, complete, suitable for Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, nourishing all food, clothing, etc., and the great bliss samadhi in which the body, mind, and all senses are immersed fills the sky. This means to live on meditative food and to eat samadhi.

The appearance of tactile sensations of consciousness, such as extreme softness, is also similar to before. In particular, the tactile sensations of the body include things like the seven vertebrae of the back being misaligned, the head and tail being reversed, the directions being mixed up, each limb being either very large or very small, rough or soft, excessively numerous, or half-missing, or even completely absent—these are all appearances of tactile sensation. The internal organs such as the lungs, liver, and veins also each feel extremely soft, and so on, similar to before. The appearance of complete emptiness inside is also a tactile sensation. In particular, the tactile sensations of consciousness include the meditation chamber appearing extremely large, or becoming small, the head and tail being reversed, the directions being misaligned, having no roof, the sides collapsing, the door being misplaced, sinking downwards, or the appearance of running upwards or in other directions, and the appearance of the meditation chamber being completely absent—these are all aspects of tactile sensation. All six objects of sense, such as sound and smell, which are the objects of meditative absorption, appear in the form of fierce animals in the appearance of meditative absorption. As it is said in the "Discrimination of Dharma and Dharmata": "To those who are in meditative equipoise, the object of that meditative absorption appears as fierce animals." This is the meaning of what was said. Therefore, in the experience of tactile sensation, the forms of the six objects also appear as smooth like the palm of a hand, or rough, or as cliffs, or abysses, or ravines, or narrow paths, or various forms of high and low. That is, as long as the seed of obscuration, a single channel of wind, has not stopped, the seed of obscuration has not stopped, and therefore not even a little uncontaminated tactile sensation is obtained, but contaminated and uncontaminated alternate, and tactile sensation appears as pleasure, liking, disliking, and various joys, and all sorts of things appear in the yogic experience. When the seed of obscuration, a single channel of wind, stops, and after obtaining a moment of immutable bliss samadhi, all of appearance and existence becomes an appearance of tactile bliss, joy, happiness, liking, abundance, perfection, which all the senses experience in the mind. The bliss-warmth of wisdom blazes, making clothes unnecessary, and there is no obstruction from mountains, rocks, walls, etc., one does not sink in water, and one penetrates the earth like water. In the moment of appearance, one shows non-appearance, and in the moment of non-appearance, one shows various things, and even in the empty space one can walk, stand, and lie down at ease.
