What are those like? They are the Dharma of benefit and happiness in all times, both lasting and temporary. Thus, by teaching, one sees those sentient beings satisfied with Dharma and worldly wealth. This is the meaning of "The glorious one who accomplishes all wealth" from the *Namasangiti*. Similarly, in the *Condensed Perfection of Wisdom Sutra*: "Whatever is conditioned happiness and unconditioned happiness, one should know that all happiness arises from this." And, "The happiness and Dharma of all beings, such as the sons of the Buddhas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, gods, and so forth, all arise from the supreme Prajnaparamita. Prajna never diminishes and never increases." This is its meaning. Similarly, the great bliss of Prajnaparamita, the equality of samsara and nirvana and the three times, is perfectly complete. In the *Ornament for Clear Realization*, it says: "Neither this shore nor the far shore is the limit, nor does it abide between them. Because it knows the equality of all times, it is called Prajnaparamita." Thus, the unchanging supreme truth is the meaning of empowerment in the tantras of skillful means and wisdom. Even those who commit the five inexpiable sins are embraced by the great bliss of empowerment. In the *Vimalaprabha*, it says: "Those who have committed the five inexpiable sins, by what empowerment's bliss, in the tantras of the nature of skillful means and wisdom, will they be truly embraced by the power of the Buddhas' empowerment?" This unchanging supreme great bliss wisdom is the four joys and sixteen joys that are the meaning of the four empowerments of the tantras. Among these, the great bliss of the body is the joy of the vase empowerment, where the bodily bindu is stable. The great bliss of speech is the supreme joy of the speech empowerment, where the speech bindu is stable. The great bliss of mind is the special joy of the wisdom-jnana empowerment, where the mind bindu is stable. The great bliss of attachment is the coemergent joy of the fourth empowerment, where the attachment bindu is stable. Each of the four bindus and four joys is divided into four, so there are sixteen bindus and sixteen joys. This itself is the sixteen aspects. When any yogi realizes these sixteen joys of the unchanging supreme great bliss with the wisdom of self-awareness, at that time, he realizes the sixteen aspects.

Jetsun Milarepa said, "Obtaining bliss in the mind is the meaning of empowerment." The Hevajra Tantra states, "Empowerment is guided by the four, gradually knowing joy and so on." The commentary on the Praise states, "With definite meaning, the breasts are again indicated by the sound of the vase, and the bliss that arises from touching them is the vase empowerment. The bliss that arises from the vajra union in the secret place is the secret empowerment. The bliss that is emitted when the two faculties are equally entered is the wisdom-jnana empowerment. The unchanging bliss that arises after the great seal is the fourth, the suchness empowerment. Thus, with the distinction of changing and not changing, emitting and not emitting, there are four types of empowerment. Here, the empowerment is performed because it possesses empowerment, that is, it possesses a mind of bliss." Each of these empowerments has four joys. Each joy is distinguished by the realm of body, speech, mind, and wisdom, with four states, that is, with the distinction of four drops. Thus, with the distinction of sixteen parts, each empowerment has sixteen joys, that is, the four distinctions of the drops of body, speech, mind, and wisdom. As it is said, the wheel of four joys and sixteen joys, the great bliss of supreme immutability, this is the great bliss of the meaning of empowerment spoken of by the tantras. It is cultivated from remembrance onwards, through the means of the three seals. The great seal is: The hero Sarahas says, "When meeting a maiden who has never been before, the sleeping mind relies on the groundless. Do not regard your own body as different, this is what makes it offered to the Buddha." The Hevajra Tantra states, "The goddess gives joy, gives a dwelling place. Having various forms, pleasing to the mind. Take it, take it, great hero. Take and always offer." Chakrasamvara states, "Always worship the woman with lineage, especially the messenger woman at the time, with the highest emptiness breath, and with incense and water." The meaning of these practices is very profound, extremely profound, and must be understood from the aspect of extreme proficiency. Thus, samsara and nirvana are equality and the three times.
