It is said that when his body swayed, Lama Barompa also blocked him with his body. Rinpoche said, 'I am afraid of riding this horse. You should recite prayers properly.' There, obstacles to his life were also removed. Afterwards, as if making a throne with both hands, there was a piece of soft Yor-fabric, which was spread on his hands as a cushion. He asked Rinpoche to sit on it. After Rinpoche sat down, he was carried to a distant place. Rinpoche said, 'It feels very much like an Indian palanquin.' It is said that you recited prayers properly, and Rinpoche was very pleased. In general, the land of Dakpo is rugged, the roads are rough, and Rinpoche was old. Lama Barompa went up and down, carrying Rinpoche on his back. Rinpoche was very pleased with this service. Like this, he performed many physical services that others found difficult to do. Lama Rinpoche Dakpo Lhaje was very pleased, and extraordinary experiences and realizations arose in his mind. It is said that he always remained in a state of great luminosity, continuously in meditation and post-meditation. Then one day, Lama Rinpoche said, 'I have given you all the instructions and various teachings that I wanted to give you. Now you should go to the pure hermitage in the north called Barom, which is a practice place from Mount Kailash to the snow mountains, without interruption, where countless accomplished beings such as Jetsun Marpa Lotsawa and his son reside.' After saying this, he gave a tael of gold. 'I am not giving this as alms to others. We have been together for a long time, like father and son. Regardless of your body and life, you have served me again and again, and have never disobeyed my words. First, use this gold to make a living and rely on it, and then people will provide you with a livelihood.'
