The so-called "body" refers to the meditation on such luminosity, which has two aspects: subsequent dissolution and holistic retention. This is called the method of entering luminosity through the stage of subsequent dissolution. For example, just as when you breathe on a mirror, the moisture from the breath gathers from the edges and gradually thins towards the center, the outer world of phenomena gradually dissolves. Finally, directing focus onto the nāda, this is called training in the illusory body of the lords of the tenth ground. Just as the lords of the tenth ground have subtle obscurations of knowledge and are called "with outflows," here too, directing focus onto the subtle nāda involves a subtle clinging to substantiality. It is said that the eleventh ground is called "the manner in which the essence of the basis with outflows is transformed into the extraordinary luminosity," meaning that the bodhisattvas abiding on the tenth ground manifest the vajra-like samādhi on the eleventh ground. Just as the basis with outflows is transformed and they abide in the great luminosity of the dharmakāya, the yogi also completely releases the subtle conceptualization of focusing on the nāda, abandoning all mental effort of grasping at existence and non-existence, and abiding in an unconditioned state. This is called training in the manner in which the basis with outflows is transformed and enters the great luminosity of the dharmakāya. Therefore, one should strive to keep the mind abiding as long as one has the capacity, and not let awareness waver from that luminosity. To view it is to show that the appearance of the sambhogakāya from that luminosity itself is the union. From the hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart of that union body, immeasurable bliss is emanated, benefiting all sentient beings as vast as the sky, and then it is withdrawn back into the hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), repeatedly emanating and withdrawing, which is the nirmāṇakāya. If one becomes weary of that, one should immediately abandon all mental effort and enter into the luminosity of the dharmakāya and meditate. The middling one simultaneously enters the union sambhogakāya into the luminosity and views it. The so-called "viewing itself" means that the yogi abides in the luminosity of the dharmakāya, and from that luminosity, meditates on the union body, emanating and withdrawing, and benefiting sentient beings.

The teaching on how the two form bodies arise is the path for those of medium faculties. This is a concluding statement. If you wish to become weary and recite, do as described below, and the activities during the session breaks will be the same as before. These have already explained the path of practice for those of medium faculties. Third, the order of practice for those of superior faculties is: From now on, completely uproot all the defilements of conceptualization along with their habitual tendencies. Again, due to the merit of the beings to be tamed and the power of one's own aspiration, at once, that very nature, which is the nature of bliss, the essence of emptiness of all elaborations, the nature of great bliss, the essence of great compassion, the union of the Sambhogakaya, is said to be. The person with the highest faculties first performs the preliminary practices as before. The main practice is that the perfectly enlightened Buddhas directly realize the clear light Dharmakaya, and completely uproot all cognitive obscurations along with their habitual tendencies. However, they do not remain in that state, but at the time of practicing the Bodhisattva path, they make vast aspirations for the benefit of sentient beings, and due to the power of those aspirations, and the appearance of those who have accumulated merit among the beings to be tamed, the Dharmakaya itself appears as the form body, and in this way, they benefit the beings to be tamed. Similarly, the individual who is the basis of the highest of the highest faculties understands that all phenomena are primordially pure, free from all elaborations, and are the nature of the Dharmakaya itself. The Dharmakaya itself is instantly the Sambhogakaya, like a reflection in a mirror, like a rainbow in the sky, like a moon in water, appearing but without inherent existence, the union of appearance and emptiness, the body of the union of skillful means and wisdom, without abandoning the aspect of experiential appearance, and without clinging to its nature as true, thus not abandoning the aspect of emptiness. In that indivisible union body, there is no specific object to point to, and one should only train in the body that transcends all elaborations and characteristics. In that, when weary, from the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) at the heart, emanate immeasurable bliss, and repeatedly train in the manner of being without attachment to the emanation and reabsorption that benefits sentient beings.
