Da'o. The term "Vajra" signifies holding a vajra and a curved knife in the right hand, making a threatening gesture, which symbolizes subduing and terrifying all demonic forces. Holding a lotus container refers to holding a skull filled with blood in the left hand, embracing the father's neck, which is a symbol of enjoying the nectar of wisdom and delighting in skillful means. Adorning the head with five skulls symbolizes the nature or essence of the five Buddhas. Wearing a garland of dry skulls around the neck symbolizes the complete purification of actions or the subjugation of all kinds of demons. Possessing the five seals is a symbol of the perfection of the five perfections. The disheveled mass of black hair symbolizes that all dharmas are originally neither bound nor liberated. Having three eyes symbolizes knowing the three times. Possessing the color of the Bindu Rika flower means having a very red and yellowish luster, which is a symbol of not abandoning all sentient beings and bringing them under control. Embracing the father is a symbol of the original non-dual nature of skillful means and wisdom. Being delighted by the inseparable union with her lotus refers to the constant joy in the inseparable union of the lotus of the mother Vajravarahi and the vajra of the father, symbolizing that everything is of the nature of bliss and emptiness. Such a supreme state of bliss, being of one taste with emptiness, means that the self-nature of Heruka, with the face and hands as described above, should be meditated upon by focusing the mind on the form of the mother Vajravarahi, who is emptiness, and the form of the body with the union of hands and face, to the best of one's ability. If one becomes weary of this, one should focus on the emanation and absorption of light rays, as it is said. In this way, the continuous emanation of limitless bodies, the emanation of all activities for the benefit of others residing in the boundless expanse of space, is called emanation. That is to say, this is the way of practicing from enlightenment to benefiting sentient beings, which is called learning. If weariness arises from focusing on the Sambhogakaya described above, then from the light rays of the seed syllable Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) at the heart, emanate immeasurable Supreme Bliss bodies, pervading the boundless expanse of space, benefiting
