Although not a single word was spoken, the tantras and sutras arose in the lineage of Naropa. Others see it as if there is a mind, but the self does not cling to forms. All that should be known is without remainder, even if one knows whatever there is, yet the Buddha's wisdom has no specific object. Thus, thus is the Dharma complete, therefore it is said to be born as an emanation body. The meaning of the phrase "opening all the pulse mouths" should be understood in three ways: pulse, opening the mouth, and warmth. The pulse is the state of the body; in the mother's womb, in the fourth week, it is said that the navel chakra is formed. Then the heart center, throat, and crown chakras are formed. Flesh and bones are formed in sequence, as are the pulses, skin, tendons, and so on. Others are also formed in sequence. As for the division and combination of the pulses, if divided, there are seventy-two thousand; if combined, there are one hundred and twenty. If extremely combined, there are three: Roma, Kyangma, and Kundarma. Kundarma exists like a life force. The chakras are knots of the pulses; there are thirty-two in the crown chakra, sixteen in the throat chakra, eight petals in the heart chakra, and sixty-two in the navel chakra. From birth, for each day, the pulses are said to increase by one each day. When one reaches twenty-five years of age, it is said that the increase is complete, while others say it is exactly thirty. After that, for each day, the pulses are said to decrease by one each day. Because of this, white hair and wrinkles appear. Roma is on the right, Kyangma is on the left, and Kundarma is in the center. Below the navel, the three pulses gather, forming the shape of the letter A. The upper end is the Brahma aperture (seed syllable ཧཾ , Devanagari: हं, Romanized: haṃ, Literal meaning:హం), and the two on the right and left are the two nostrils. Therefore, regarding the meaning of the connection of the pulses, although there are different views on this, it is said that there are five forms: like a tree trunk, an umbrella, and a rope; a ball of thread rolling; and a comb entangled in hair. It is said that even in the body of one person, all five of these are complete. Opening the pulse mouths is wind; as for the division and combination of these winds, although many divisions are mentioned, there are twenty-one thousand six hundred. If combined, there are the five root winds; if extremely combined, there are two: contaminated wind and uncontaminated wind. Relying on the aspect of wind yoga, the pulse mouths are opened by drawing wind inward. Bliss arises from essence; Roma is where blood flows, and Kyangma is immovable.

Falling is, all trembling is great bliss, the main of the veins is divided by essence, essence is both dwelling and non-dwelling, dwelling essence is considered to be the main one. Veins, air, and bindu three, hitting the key point will produce warmth, warmth is the experience of the mind. The reality of the nature of mind is, awareness and emptiness continuously dwell in the body. The special reality of each is, non-conceptual thought dwells in A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). Deep sleep dwells in Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ). Illusory dream dwells in Oṃ(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ). Samadhi great bliss dwells in Haṃ(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ). Practicing with the key points is, it should be known in four ways. Time key point, the sun and moon are seized by Rāhu. Abandon benefit and harm, darkness, and the two times of noon. The body has two forms, namely the combination of matter and air. The body is in accordance with the six dharmas, pray to the guru, meditate on the yidam. Combination has inhalation and filling, suppression, shooting like an arrow, and four kinds. Place key point, in the navel below, secret place. Knowledge key point, of father drop and mother drop, the nectar key point of the two parents. Like sunlight attracting the rabbit in, in between, great bliss should be generated. This is the practice of the key points. The fruit arising from practice is, there are two, temporary and ultimate. The so-called clarifying letters are, it should be known in two ways, namely the letters that can clarify, and relying on them to transfer. The reality of clarifying letters is, it is also said in the Hevajra Tantra, the recitation of mantras A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) and Haṃ(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ). The form of the wheel of the place of birth is A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), the form of great bliss is Haṃ(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ). Thus it is said. In the fourth temporary increase, the navel wheel knot is in the shape of A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). In the time of the fifth temporary, Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ)... the crown wheel knot is in the shape of Haṃ(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ). The essence of pure air and bindu, exists in the form of letters. The gathering of these three is the key point of the enemy, all fame arises from it. The letters of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are, the six realms of beings dwell in the six letters. The mind, due to habitual clinging, appears as the six realms. The letters of nirvāṇa are, the seeds of the five families dwell in it. The letters dwelling in the wheel are, Haṃ(藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) dwells in the thirty-two petals. The sixteen vowels are doubled, that is, the thirty-two major marks. The letters dwelling in the nirmāṇakāya are, the pure two rounds of consonants.
