从具德上师的口诀甘露中，略微讲述如毛发尖端般的一点。 轮回如恐怖的毒蛇之穴， 如同妖女迷惑人不悦的白笑。 如同刀刃上的蜂蜜般贪恋享乐， 断绝对轮回的执着是口诀。 要知道，一切现世和究竟的安乐， 都来自于修持解脱菩提。 而这又依赖于上师的加持力， 依止殊胜的善知识是口诀。 权势财富如虚空的彩虹， 朋友亲眷如集市的过客。 幻身寿命也会欺骗你， 无论如何不要依赖无益之事是口诀。 值遇导师和教法是往昔积累的果报， 若在此难得的贤善人身时虚度， 以后将难以获得，具种姓之子。 将你的心髓投入佛法吧，这是口诀。 究竟的皈依是祈请三宝， 深藏的意愿是托付给具德上师。 暂时的决议是请教圣者的教言， 这是永不欺骗的口诀。 最重要的是成就究竟的菩提， 最应舍弃的是今生的事务。 若能不错乱地分辨这两者， 闲暇难得的人身就不会空耗，这是口诀。 现在，究竟的善与究竟的恶， 在于你如何把握，若在此处失足， 必定会沉入无解脱的恶趣深渊， 百千劫的时光转瞬即逝，这是口诀。 寿命无常，突如其来的死亡会降临， 修持会因魔的散乱而中断， 一切都因无意义的世俗法而受骗， 收敛你那无用的心念吧，这是口诀。 现在，彻底抛弃今生的琐事， 当机立断地追随上师的足迹， 获得究竟安乐解脱的要义， 毫不犹豫地这样做吧，这是口诀。 皈依三宝，进入内道的行列， 发起菩提心，生于大乘的种姓。 皈依和发心的利益无边无际， 努力皈依和发心吧，这是口诀。 尽己所有地积聚资粮，前往圣地， 向无力、弱小、卑微者布施， 仅仅以维持生计的粗劣衣食度日， 安于贫困，知足少欲是口诀。 遍布虚空的众生没有不是自己父母的， 为了报答他们的恩情，要成为殊胜者。

From the nectar of the oral instructions of the virtuous lama, I will speak just a little, like a speck at the tip of a hair. Saṃsāra is like a terrifying pit of poisonous snakes, Like the deceptive, unpleasant white smile of a demoness. Like honey on the edge of a razor, the pleasures of desire are fleeting. Turning away from attachment to saṃsāra is the oral instruction. Know that all present and ultimate happiness and well-being Arise from accomplishing liberation and enlightenment. And since that depends on the power of the lama, Relying on a holy spiritual friend is the oral instruction. Power, wealth, and possessions are like a rainbow in the sky, Friends, relatives, and gatherings are like guests at a market. Even this illusory body and life will deceive you, So by all means, do not rely on what is unnecessary, that is the oral instruction. Meeting the teacher and the teachings is the result of past accumulation, If you waste this precious opportunity of a good support, You will not be able to find it later, son of good family. Turn your innermost mind toward the Dharma, that is the oral instruction. Take ultimate refuge in the Three Jewels, Entrust your innermost thoughts to the glorious lama. For immediate advice, consult the words of the holy ones, This is the oral instruction that will never deceive you. The most important thing to accomplish is ultimate enlightenment, The most important thing to abandon is the activities of this life. If you can distinguish these two without confusion, This opportunity of leisure and endowment will not be wasted, that is the oral instruction. Now, ultimate good and ultimate bad, Depend on what you do; if you slip up here, You will surely sink into the abyss of the lower realms without liberation, A hundred eons will pass in a single moment, that is the oral instruction. Life is uncertain, sudden death will strike, Practice will be interrupted by the distractions of demons, Everything is deceived by meaningless conditioned dharmas, Tame your useless thoughts, that is the oral instruction. Now, completely abandon the activities of this life, Decisively follow in the footsteps of the lama, Attain the great meaning of ultimate happiness and liberation, Do it without hesitation, that is the oral instruction. By taking refuge in the Three Jewels, you enter the ranks of Buddhists, By generating bodhicitta, you are born into the lineage of the Great Vehicle. The benefits of refuge and bodhicitta are endless, Strive to take refuge and generate bodhicitta, that is the oral instruction. Accumulate merit as much as you can, go to holy places, Give generously to the powerless, the weak, and the lowly, Sustain life with just enough coarse food and clothing, Rely on contentment and renunciation, that is the oral instruction. There is no sentient being pervading space who has not been your parent, To repay their kindness, become supreme.

具大悲者。处于生起次第，空性与大悲心中。念诵六字真言是口诀。往昔苦乐明三者如梦。来世之事如空谷回音，如渔网。暂时显现的分别念，如虚空中的云电。守护无所缘的自性是口诀。五毒任其自然是轮回之因。若了悟五毒为空性即是五智。对治，回遮，修习是实修之根本。调伏烦恼怨敌是口诀。任何时候，无论发生苦乐高低。心无变动，断绝一切犹豫。知晓依靠具德上师。一心祈祷是口诀。有为法与无为法的善根。为了自他一切众生往生极乐世界。以清净回向完全回向。恒常祈愿是口诀。无论身在何处，去往何方，与何人交往。不与任何人争执。处于低位，以大忍耐力。将一切置于顶上是口诀。若将要义全部浓缩，一切形式。以胜解如雪山般洁白。以慈悲的事业、语言和心。尽己所能为一切众生提供帮助。行善心善行是口诀。如是对于自己没有的佛法之语。如同与己无关的鹦鹉的表演。在五浊恶世的黑暗乌云密布中。如刹那间虚空中的闪电。对于无缘的昆虫、蝙蝠等。此法也能带来极大的利益。对于具有前世因缘的鸳鸯、寒鸦等鸟类。希望能稍微开启解脱道之光明。虽然善说之语比大海之水还多。但要义浓缩为十八条口诀。不多不少，是重要的教诲。以自己对自己提建议的方式。口诀建议，六足之歌。为了无碍显现诸佛之事业。希望对于我等卑劣之辈有所帮助，但又能知道什么呢。愿以此善根，使珍贵正法更加弘扬。为了众生从永恒安乐的贫困中彻底解脱。以三宝之名的夏季雷鸣之声。愿能播下大菩提之种子。吉祥圆满！ 乞丐阿杜三

With great compassion. Remaining in the generation stage, in the state of emptiness and compassion. Reciting the six-syllable mantra is the oral instruction. Past joys and sorrows, the three aspects of clarity, are like dreams. Future actions are like echoes in an empty valley, like a fishing net. Temporary appearances and conceptual thoughts are like clouds and lightning in the sky. Maintaining the natural state of non-objectification is the oral instruction. Letting the five poisons run wild is the cause of samsara. If you realize the five poisons as emptiness, they are the five wisdoms. Antidotes, reversals, and diligent meditation are the essence of practice. Subduing the enemy of afflictions is the oral instruction. At all times, whatever happens, whether joy or sorrow, high or low. With unwavering faith, free from all doubt. Know that you rely on the glorious Lama. Single-pointed supplication is the oral instruction. Whatever merit there is from conditioned and unconditioned actions. May myself and all other beings be born in the Pure Land of Bliss. Dedicating with pure dedication. Constantly making aspirations is the oral instruction. Wherever you are, wherever you go, with whomever you associate. Do not quarrel with anyone. Take the lower position, and with great patience. Carry everyone on your head is the oral instruction. If you condense the entire meaning, in all forms. With pure intention as white as a snow mountain. With compassionate actions, speech, and mind. Help everyone according to your ability and circumstances. Doing good deeds with a good heart is the oral instruction. Thus, these Dharma words that I myself do not possess. Like the performance of a parrot that has no connection to it. From within the dark clouds of the degenerate age. Like a fleeting string of lightning in the sky. For those who are without fortune, insects, bats, and the like. This will also be of great benefit. For those who have past connections, such as swans, crows, and other birds. I hope to slightly open up the light of the path to liberation. Although there are more good words than the water in the ocean. But the essence is condensed into eighteen oral instructions. Not too many, not too few, these are important teachings. In the manner of giving advice to oneself. Oral instruction advice, a song of six lines. In order to manifest the unobstructed activity of the Buddhas. I hope it will be helpful to those base-born like myself, but what can I know. May this virtue greatly increase the precious Dharma. In order to completely liberate beings from the poverty of eternal happiness. With the sound of the summer thunder of the names of the Three Jewels. May the seeds of great enlightenment be sown.
