土地啊！在四个时段中持续修行，心中怀着虔诚的渴望，这是迅速前进道路上的最佳伴侣。孩子，不要向外走，向上来！总的来说，这些金刚兄弟的同伴，都是如法修行的修行者。在修持大乘意义上，没有比这更好的同伴了。孩子，不要向外走，向上来！这深奥的法，大手印六法，是所有佛语经续的精华。没有比这更殊胜的教导了，对于所有渴望解脱的人来说，这是不可能有的。孩子，不要向外走，向上来！如果懂得如实修持，它能一次性地穿越所有的地道和道路。今生就能显现果实，来世也不会拖延，内心感到快乐。孩子，不要向外走，向上来！你的处所、善知识和好朋友，以及迅速前进道路上的四法，无论你走到哪里，都找不到比这更殊胜的了。孩子，不要向外走，向上来！舍弃这四条道路，你还能去哪里呢？现在，在这个吉祥圆满的时刻，不要有太多的怀疑和思考，延长并善用在这里的禅修时间。孩子，不要向外走，向上来！从密严刹土的法宫中，法身金刚持的教令是：向上，向上来！这样说着，在那块岩石上留下了双足和手杖的痕迹，也作出了未来的预言。之后，来自康地的三个人，看到上师显现并用手势示意，清楚地听到了所唱的道歌，非常高兴，行了很多礼。在岩石和山谷上，为了供养，响起了被称为“向上走”的欢乐歌舞。密严刹土的法宫中，住在那里的是金刚持，那时请向金刚兄弟们祈祷吧！上师说着“向上来”，就向上走。攀登天堂的阶梯，向上走。用脚踩着恶道，向上走。如果喜欢美好的歌舞，感到快乐和期待，在东方扎霍尔的珍宝寺庙中，住在那里的是泰洛巴的贤善，那时请向金刚兄弟们祈祷吧！上师说着“向上来”，就向上走。攀登天堂的阶梯，向上走。

Land! While continuously practicing in four sessions, having a yearning of faith and devotion, this is the best companion for swiftly traversing the path. Child, do not go outwards, come upwards! In general, these companions of Vajra brothers, are individuals who practice the Dharma properly. In practicing the meaning of the Great Vehicle, there is nothing better than this companion. Child, do not go outwards, come upwards! This profound Dharma, the Six Dharmas of Mahamudra, is the essence of all Buddha's words, Sutras and Tantras. There is no teaching more supreme than this key point, it is impossible for all those who desire liberation to have it. Child, do not go outwards, come upwards! If you know how to practice without error, it will traverse all the grounds and paths simultaneously. It will manifestly show the fruit in this life, and will not delay in the next life, the mind is happy. Child, do not go outwards, come upwards! Your place, spiritual friend, good companions, and the four Dharmas for swiftly traversing the path, wherever you go, you will not find anything more excellent than this. Child, do not go outwards, come upwards! Forsaking these four paths, where else can you go? Now, at this auspicious and complete time, without much doubt and thinking, prolong and make virtuous the meditation time in this place. Child, do not go outwards, come upwards! From the Dharma palace of Akanishta, the command of the Dharmakaya Vajradhara is: Upwards, come upwards! Thus he spoke, and on that rock he left the marks of his feet and staff, and also made future prophecies. Then, three people from Kham, seeing the Lama appear and gesturing with his hand, and clearly hearing the songs he sang, were very happy and made many prostrations. On the rocks and valleys, the joyful songs and dances called "Going Upwards" were offered as worship. In the Dharma palace of Akanishta, Vajradhara resides in that place, at that time, please pray to the Vajra brothers! The Lama says "Come upwards", and goes upwards. Climbing the ladder to heaven, going upwards. Pressing down on the evil paths with your feet, going upwards. If you like good songs and dances, and feel happy and expectant, in the Jewel Monastery of Eastern Zahor, Tailopa's Virtue resides in that place, at that time, please pray to the Vajra brothers! The Lama says, "Come up," ascending higher and higher. Climbing the ladder to the heavens, ascending higher and higher. Escaping from the steps of the lower realms, ascending higher and higher. If you delight in beautiful dances and joyful anticipation, In the enclosure of Drogla Phyi Gang, Resides the great Milarepa, At this moment, I beseech you, Vajra brothers. The Lama says, "Come up," ascending higher and higher. Climbing the ladder to the heavens, ascending higher and higher. Escaping from the steps of the lower realms, ascending higher and higher. If you delight in beautiful dances and joyful anticipation, In the Gambo mountain of Eastern Daklha Pal, Resides Dakpo Lhaje, At this moment, I beseech you, Vajra brothers. The Lama says, "Come up," ascending higher and higher. Climbing the ladder to the heavens, ascending higher and higher. Escaping from the steps of the lower realms, ascending higher and higher. If you delight in beautiful dances and joyful anticipation. Thus he spoke, and danced many dances, leaving countless footprints. Then, the master and disciples went up together. Lord Gampopa also resided in Gonsewa Puk. Khampa Dorje resided in Khyunding Puk. U Se resided in Yangtse Kar Puk. Clear-voidness yogis resided in Chumik Nagpo. Yogin Choyung and other accomplished ones displayed their signs of accomplishment, thus spreading and expanding the teachings of the practice lineage. By this merit of myself and others, and all the merits accumulated in the three times of samsara and nirvana, may all be dedicated to the glorious and precious Lama, the venerable, perfect Buddha, Dharma King Sonam Sangpo, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, according to their wishes, so that all sentient beings may attain Buddhahood quickly.

From the Kagyu Vajradhara to Karma Jñana, the actual manifestation of the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, the lineage of accomplished ones, the lifeblood of the practice lineage teachings, the liberating songs of the glorious Barompa, a garland of victory shining like the sun in all directions.
