When various kinds of discursive thoughts arise, because the appearance of objects is blocked, not a single thought has substance. However, these thoughts, through wisdom born of thought, even if they presume to have realized the truth, are like water in a mirage. The ultimate, innate nature transcends the realm of thought and expression. Guiding beings with the wisdom that realizes this self-mind is altruistic action. In a monastery or a secluded forest, abandoning worldly affairs and engaging in practice, first generate bodhicitta, visualize the yidam deity, visualize the guru, and pray with fervent devotion. Place the uncorrected Great Seal of your own mind in a state of natural purity, equanimity, and freedom. If you meditate in this way, experiences and realizations will arise. The method for taking experience through the four valid cognitions is: with the direct perception of self-awareness wisdom, the yogi directly realizes in his own mind the intention of all Buddhas of the three times. The wisdom of the great luminosity without appearance is the taste of the uncontaminated, co-emergent nectar. By realizing and experiencing it, one's own being is satisfied. Extracted from the depths of the suffering of samsara, one meets the precious treasure of the qualities of one's own mind, eliminating the poverty and destitution caused by nirvana, and breaking through to the island of complete qualities. Guiding beings with the wisdom born of meditating on the four key interdependent relationships is altruistic action. So, how does one meditate on the Great Seal? One's own mind, primordially pure, is the Great Seal. Abiding without artifice is the pith instruction. Furthermore, the non-duality union of all phenomena is: body, speech, and mind, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, as deity, mantra, samadhi, and qualities. With this key point that everything appears as meditation, even if everything appears as the Great Seal, merely chasing after awareness is the oral instruction. By seeing the present nakedly, sinking and excitement are destroyed. Recognizing faults is dispelling obstacles. If one knows suffering as happiness, there is no acceptance or rejection. By finding the three kayas within oneself, one is free from hope and fear. If one knows how to meditate on the qualities of cause, path, and result on the basis of one's own mind's awareness, since there is no place for the two obscurations to arise, the two accumulations are completely perfected in one's own mind. The superior faculties will manifest enlightenment in this life, the intermediate will attain enlightenment in the bardo, and even if one is a person of inferior faculties, if one has respect for the guru, does not break samaya, and this dharma...

Just by the greatness of meeting, in seven lifetimes, one obtains the lineage of human form, and in that very life, one manifests the three kayas. That is the greatness of the profound secret mantra. Son, enjoy it, fortunate ones! This is the view of Lord Dagpo Rinpoche. For beginners and faithful individuals, the yoga of the guru, the mandala, and the hundred-syllable mantra are taught. Then, the co-emergent union is shown. Then, having meditated on the great seal, the stages of instruction are completed, and it is held that realization comes from seeing the essence. The stages of experience and realization are counted as the four yogas. For those who wish to meditate on the path of means, the six dharmas of Lord Naropa are taught. It is also held that one sees the essence through this. The various differences that have arisen in the Dharma now are the levels of realization and views of the individual instructions. Among these, these four conditions of co-emergent union are in accordance with the sutras of the pāramitās. It is held that one attains Buddhahood after perfecting the six pāramitās and the path to enlightenment, etc. What is in accordance with the Mahāyāna secret mantra teachings is that, in particular, in the completion stage of the great seal, one manifestly attains Buddhahood after completing the stages of the four yogas. For those individuals who are beginners, due to the power of afflictions, conceptual thoughts, appearances, habitual tendencies, and ignorance, they sink into the swamp of delusion. Even if they meditate, they lose the focus of meditation and are distracted elsewhere. Therefore, the blessings of the holy guru are needed. If obstacles arise, one should meditate on Hayagriva. As soon as one goes to the essential point of samādhi, the stages of the four yogas will arise. One-pointed yoga, yoga free from elaboration, one-taste yoga, and no-meditation yoga. During one-pointedness, one sees the nature of the mind. During freedom from elaboration, one sees the essence of the mind. During one-taste, one sees the characteristic of the mind. During no-meditation, one realizes the intrinsic nature of the mind. One's own mind is spontaneously accomplished as the great seal. If one meditates on emptiness, there will be many deviations and losses. If one is attached to bliss, one will deviate into the desire realm. If one is attached to clarity, one will deviate into the form realm. If one is attached to non-thought, one will deviate into the formless realm. Increase and antidote are lost in the path and intrinsic nature. All those that have become objects of the mind, such as grasping and being grasped, meditating on emptiness made by the mind is increase. If afflictions arise, and one does not know that their nature is emptiness
