因为你已经死了。作为标志，你往水里看，你看不到自己的脸，身上也没有影子。这是因为你没有由血肉组成的身体，这是你在中阴界游荡的标志。现在，你必须一心不乱地专注于你的心，现在只有意念是最重要的，就像缰绳控制马一样。无论你专注于什么，它都会实现。不要让邪恶的行为进入你的思想。在人间，与佛法、口诀、灌顶和口传，以及《中阴闻解脱》等有关的一切，现在都要记住。努力延续善良的行为，这非常重要，不要忘记，不要分心。现在是决定上升或下降的时刻。如果一时疏忽，痛苦将永远降临。如果抓住一瞬间的意念，快乐将永远降临。一心专注于你的心，努力延续善良的行为。现在是关闭胎门的时候了。关闭胎门，忆念回遮。现在是需要净观的时候。这些话现在正当时。首先，要关闭胎门。有五种关闭胎门的方法，好好记住。唉，具种姓之子，在这个时候，你可能会看到男女交合的景象。当看到这些景象时，不要进入他们之间，要保持正念。将这对男女观想为上师父母，顶礼，用意念变幻供品供养，生起强烈的虔诚心，并强烈希望得到佛法。仅仅这样，胎门肯定会被关闭。如果这样还不能关闭，即将进入子宫，那么将这对上师父母观想为任何本尊，或者观想为本尊大悲怙主父母。用意念变幻供品供养他们，并强烈希望得到成就。这样也能关闭胎门。如果这样还不能关闭，即将进入子宫，那么第三个方法是展示对治贪嗔痴的口诀。有四种出生方式：卵生、胎生、化生和湿生。

Because you are dead. As a sign, look into the water, you will not see your face, and there is no shadow on your body. This is because you do not have a body of flesh and blood, it is a sign that you are wandering in the Bardo. Now, you must focus your mind single-pointedly without distraction, now only intention is the most important, like reins controlling a horse. Whatever you focus on, it will be accomplished. Do not let evil deeds enter your mind. In the human realm, whatever is related to Dharma, instructions, empowerments, and oral transmissions, as well as the Bardo Thodol, etc., remember it now. Strive to continue good deeds, this is very important, do not forget, do not be distracted. Now is the moment to decide whether to go up or down. If you are negligent for a moment, suffering will come forever. If you hold on to a moment's intention, happiness will come forever. Focus your mind single-pointedly, strive to continue good deeds. Now is the time to close the womb entrance. Close the womb entrance, remember the reversal. Now is the time when pure vision is needed. These words are now timely. First, the womb entrance must be closed. There are five ways to close the womb entrance, remember them well. Alas, son of lineage, at this time, you may see the sight of a man and woman having intercourse. When you see these sights, do not enter between them, maintain mindfulness. Visualize the two men and women as the Guru parents, prostrate, offer offerings transformed by the mind, generate strong devotion, and strongly wish to receive the Dharma. Just by doing this, the womb entrance will definitely be closed. If this still does not close it, and you are about to enter the womb, then visualize the two Guru parents as any Yidam, or visualize the Yidam Great Compassionate One as the father and mother. Offer them offerings transformed by the mind, and strongly wish to receive accomplishments. This will also close the womb entrance. If this still does not close it, and you are about to enter the womb, then the third method is to show the instructions for reversing attachment and aversion. There are four ways of being born: from eggs, from wombs, from spontaneous generation, and from heat and moisture.
