有这样一种明觉，鲜明而清晰。那是圆满受用身的意。空性和光明二者不分离，空性的体性是光明，光明的体性是空性，光明和空性无二无别的明觉，赤裸裸地显现，现在就安住在无造作的状态中。那是法性的身体。而且，它那不间断的自力，显现为任何事物。那是悲心的化身。 唉！具种性的孩子。 像这样不要散乱地观看。 仅仅认识它，就一定会圆满成就四身。 不要散乱！ 佛和众生的界限就是从这里分开的。 现在这个重要的时刻，如果散乱的话， 那么永远不会有从痛苦的泥潭中脱身的时候。 一瞬间就能区分开，一瞬间就能成佛。 这句话现在就是如此。 你从昨天开始就散乱了，所以即使中阴显现，也没有认识它，因此产生了那么多的恐惧。 现在如果散乱的话， 悲心的绳索就会断裂， 所以要小心进入没有解脱的地方。 这样介绍之后，虽然之前没有认识， 但在这里认识后就获得了自由。 如果有不明白如何修持的愚笨之人，就这样说： 唉！具种性的孩子。 如果你不明白如何修持，那么就忆念佛、法、僧，以及本尊大悲尊，并祈祷。 将所有的恐惧景象都观想为大悲尊或者你自己的本尊。 想起在人世间接受灌顶时所取的密名，并告诉阎罗法王。 即使掉入悬崖，也不会受到伤害，所以请消除恐惧。 这样说完进行介绍，即使之前没有解脱，也会从这里获得解脱。 还有可能没有认识而没有解脱，所以为了强调重要性，再次呼唤亡者的名字，这样说： 唉！具种性的孩子。 现在出现的景象，一会儿会被抛向快乐和痛苦的恐怖之地， 就像抛石机一样。 现在不要产生任何贪恋和憎恨的念头。 如果你要转生到天界，那么就观想天界的景象。

There is a knowing awareness, vivid and clear. That is the intention of the Sambhogakaya. Emptiness and clarity are inseparable, the essence of emptiness is clarity, the essence of clarity is emptiness, the naked awareness of clarity and emptiness being inseparable, is manifest right now, abiding in a state of unfabrication. That is the Dharmakaya. Moreover, its uninterrupted self-power manifests as anything. That is the compassion of the Nirmanakaya. Alas! Son of lineage. Look like that without distraction. Just by recognizing it, you will surely accomplish the four bodies completely. Do not be distracted! The boundary between Buddha and sentient beings is separated from here. If you are distracted at this important time now, then there will never be a time to escape from the swamp of suffering. One moment makes a distinction, one moment completes Buddhahood. That saying is true right now. Because you have been distracted since yesterday, even though the Bardo appeared, you did not recognize it, so so much fear arose. Now if you are distracted, the rope of compassion will be cut, so be careful of going to a place without liberation. After introducing it like this, although you did not recognize it before, you will be liberated after recognizing it here. If there is a foolish person who does not understand how to practice, say this: Alas! Son of lineage. If you do not understand how to practice, then remember the Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, and the Yidam Great Compassionate One, and pray. Visualize all the fearful appearances as the Great Compassionate One or your own Yidam. Remember the secret name you were given when you received empowerment in the human realm, and tell it to Yama, the King of Dharma. Even if you fall into a cliff, you will not be harmed, so please eliminate fear. After saying this and introducing it, even if you were not liberated before, you will be liberated from here. There is still a possibility of not recognizing and not being liberated, so in order to emphasize the importance, call the name of the deceased again and say this: Alas! Son of lineage. The appearances that are appearing now will be thrown into a terrifying place of happiness and suffering in a moment, just like a catapult. Do not have any thoughts of attachment or hatred now. If you are going to be reborn in the heavenly realm, then visualize the appearances of the heavenly realm.
