从那里回转之后，只要忆念任何想去的地方，就能在顷刻之间到达；拥有如壮士手臂伸屈般迅速的力量；各种各样的神变，不想忆念则不忆念，对于所有忆念之事，没有能或不能显现之分，因为你现在拥有毫不费力就能显现的能力，所以要认识到这一点啊！向喇嘛祈请吧！ 唉！具种姓之子！“同类以天眼得见”，所谓的“同类”是指：中阴中，属于同类转生之众，彼此能够相见。如果存在转生为天人的同类，彼此就能相见。同样，无论转生于六道中的哪一道，同类众生彼此都能相见，所以不要执着于此，修持大悲心吧！ 所谓“以清净天眼得见”是指：并非由天人等福德之力所成就，而是通过如实修持禅定，以清净的天眼才能得见。但这并非时时都能见到，如果放下观看的意愿就能见到，如果不放下就见不到，因为有时会被禅定所扰乱。 唉！具种姓之子！像这样的有身者，会像在梦中相遇一样，与故乡、亲友等有联系的人相遇。即使你对亲友和相关的人说话，也得不到回应；看到亲友和家人在哭泣，心想“我已经死了，该怎么办呢？”现在你正经历着像把小鱼放在热沙上煎熬般的剧烈痛苦，所以现在你再痛苦也没有用了！向你的上师祈请吧！向本尊大悲尊祈请吧！你执着于亲友也没有用，所以不要执着！向觉沃大悲尊祈请吧！痛苦和恐惧就不会产生了！ 唉！具种姓之子！你被动摇的业风所控制，就像无依无靠的羽毛被风吹动一样；骑在气息之马上，飘忽不定地游荡着；对着所有哭泣的人说：“我在这里，不要哭泣”，但他们听不见；又心想“我已经死了”，现在你正经历着非常巨大的痛苦！

After turning back from there, just by remembering any place you want to go, you can reach it in an instant; you have the power to arrive as quickly as a strong man extends and retracts his arm; various kinds of miraculous powers, if you don't want to remember them, you don't remember them; for all that you remember, there is no question of whether you can show this or not, because you now have the ability to show it effortlessly, so recognize this! Pray to the Lama! O son of noble family! "Those of the same kind see with pure divine eye." The so-called "same kind" refers to: in the Bardo, among those who are of the same kind of rebirth, they can see each other. If there are those of the same kind who are born as gods, they can see each other. Similarly, whichever of the six realms one is born into, beings of the same kind will see each other, so do not be attached to this, cultivate great compassion! The so-called "seeing with a pure divine eye" means: it is not accomplished by the power of merit of gods, etc., but by truly cultivating meditation, one can see with a pure divine eye. But this is not seen at all times; if you let go of the desire to see, you will see, and if you do not let go, you will not see, because sometimes you are distracted by meditation. O son of noble family! Such a being, like meeting in a dream, will meet those who are connected to the land, relatives, etc. Even if you speak to relatives and those connected to you, you will not receive a response; seeing relatives and family members crying, thinking, "I am dead, what should I do?" Now you are experiencing intense suffering like frying small fish on hot sand, so now there is no use in you suffering! Pray to your Lama! Pray to the Yidam, the Great Compassionate One! It is useless for you to be attached to relatives, so do not be attached! Pray to Jowo, the Great Compassionate One! Suffering and fear will not arise! O son of noble family! You are controlled by the moving winds of karma, like a feather without support being carried by the wind; riding on the horse of breath, wandering aimlessly; saying to all those who are crying, "I am here, do not cry," but they do not hear; again thinking, "I am dead," now you are experiencing very great suffering!

不要遭受那样的痛苦！没有白天黑夜，会持续出现像黎明或灰光一样的朦胧光芒。在那样的中阴状态中，会经历一个七天，或者两个，或者三个，或者四个，或者五个，或者六个，或者七个七天等等，甚至长达四十九天。一般来说，据说有情中阴的痛苦会持续二十一天，但这并不一定，取决于业力。 唉，有种姓的儿子啊！在那时，巨大的业力红风，极其恐怖和难以忍受，会猛烈地从背后吹来。不要害怕那个！那是你自己的错觉。极其恐怖的巨大黑暗，难以忍受，会从前方迎接你，并发出“打！杀！”的各种恐怖声音，你不要害怕那些。此外，对于罪大恶极的人来说，许多手持各种武器的业力食肉罗刹会发出“杀！杀！打！打！”等等的恐怖声音，发出“提日日，哈布夏”的声音。还会出现各种可怕的野兽追赶你的景象。还会出现冰雹、暴风雪、黑暗和许多人追赶你的景象。还会出现山崩的声音、海水泛滥的声音、火焰蔓延的声音和大风呼啸的声音。因为害怕那些，你会随意逃跑，但前方会被三个悬崖阻挡：白色、红色、黑色，深不见底，令人恐惧，你几乎要掉下去。 唉，有种姓的儿子啊！事实上，那些不是悬崖，而是嗔恨、贪欲和愚痴。那时，要认识到这是有情中阴，念诵大慈悲者的名号！向至尊大慈悲者、上师、三宝祈祷：‘请不要把我这个名叫……的人送到三恶道！’要强烈祈祷！不要忘记！此外，对于那些积累了功德并真正修行佛法的人来说，各种圆满的享受会迎接他们，他们会体验到各种圆满的快乐。对于那些既没有行善也没有作恶，处于愚痴和中庸状态的人来说，他们既不会体验到快乐也不会体验到痛苦，只会显现出愚痴和中庸的状态。

Do not suffer such misery! Without day or night, a dim light like dawn or twilight will constantly appear. In such a bardo, one may experience one week, or two, or three, or four, or five, or six, or seven weeks, and so on, even up to forty-nine days. Generally, it is said that the suffering in the Sipa Bardo lasts for twenty-one days, but this is not fixed, depending on karma. Alas, son of noble family! At that time, a great karmic red wind, extremely terrifying and unbearable, will violently blow from behind. Do not be afraid of that! It is your own delusion. A great darkness, extremely terrifying and unbearable, will meet you from the front, and various terrifying sounds of 'Hit! Kill!' will come, but do not be afraid of those. Furthermore, for the great sinners, many karmic flesh-eating demons holding various weapons will come making terrifying sounds of 'Kill! Kill! Hit! Hit!' and making sounds like 'Tiri ri, habsha.' There will also be the appearance of various terrifying wild animals chasing you. There will also be appearances of hail, blizzards, darkness, and many people chasing you. There will be sounds of mountains collapsing, oceans overflowing, fires spreading, and great winds blowing. Fearing those, you will flee wherever you can, but in front, you will be blocked by three precipices: white, red, and black, deep and terrifying, and you will almost fall. Alas, son of noble family! In reality, those are not precipices, but hatred, desire, and ignorance. At that time, recognize that this is the Sipa Bardo, and recite the name of the Great Compassionate One! Pray to the Lord Great Compassionate One, the Lama, the Three Jewels: 'Please do not send me, who am called ..., to the three lower realms!' Pray strongly! Do not forget! Furthermore, for those who have accumulated merit and practiced the Dharma purely, various perfect enjoyments will greet them, and they will experience various kinds of perfect happiness. For those who have done neither good nor bad, remaining in ignorant equanimity, they will experience neither happiness nor suffering, and only ignorant equanimity will arise.
