འོད་དང་གཤིབ་མར་ཁྱོད་རང་གི་སྙིང་ཀར་ཟུག་ནས་འོང་ངོ་༔ དེའ་ིདུས་སུ་ཁྱོད་རང་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱི་དབང་གིས་འོད་སེར་པོ་བཀྲག་མདངས་ཅན་དེ་ལ་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་སྐྱེས་ནས་བྲོས་ཤིང་༔ མིའི་འོད་སྔོན་པོ་བཀྲག་མེད་དེ་ལ་ཁྱོད་དགའ་བ་དང་ཆགས་སེམས་སྐྱེས་ནས་འོང་གི༔ དེ་ཙམ་ན་ཁྱོད་འོད་སེར་པོ་གསལ་ལ་དྭངས་བ༔ བཀྲག་ལ་དྭངས་པ་དེ་ལ་མ་འཇིགས་པར་ཡེ་ཤེས་སུ་ངོ་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག༔ དེའི་ཐོག་ཏུ་རིག་པ་བྱར་མེད་ཀྱི་ངང་དུ་ལྷོད་ལ་ཞོག་ཅིག༔ ཡང་ན་དེ་ལ་དད་པ་དང་མོས་པ་དུང་དུང་གྱིས་ཤིག༔ ཁྱོད་རང་གི་རིག་པའི་རང་མདངས་སུ་ངོ་ཤེས་ན་ནི༔ མོས་གུས་མ་བྱས་སྨོན་ལམ་མ་བཏབ་ཀྱང་སྐུ་དང་འོད་ཟེར་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱོད་རང་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་དུ་ཐིམ་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ༔ རང་གི་རིག་པའི་རང་མདངས་སུ་ངོ་མ་ཤེས་ན་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་འོད་ཟེར་ཡིན་ནོ༔ སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ་སྙམ་པའི་མོས་གུས་གྱིས་ལ་གསོལ་བ་ཐོབ་ཅིག༔ དེ་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་གྱི་ཐུགས་རྗེའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ་ཡིན་པས་མོས་པ་གྱིས་ཤིག༔ མིའི་འོད་སྔོན་པོ་བཀྲག་མེད་དེ་ལ་དགའ་བར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག༔ དེ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་ང་རྒྱལ་དྲག་པོས་བསགས་པའི་བག་ཆགས་ཀྱིས་སུན་མའི་འོད་ལམ་ཡིན་ནོ༔ དེ་ལ་ཆགས་ན་ནི་ཁྱེད་མིའི་གནས་སུ་ལྷུང་ནས་སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་ཞིང་འཁོར་བའི་གནས་ནས་ཐར་པའི་དུས་མི་འབྱུང་སྟེ༔ ཐར་པའི་ལམ་འགག་པའི་བར་ཆད་ཡིན་པས་དེ་ལ་མིག་གིས་མ་ལྟ་བར་ང་རྒྱལ་སྤོངས་ཤིག༔ བག་ཆགས་སྤོངས་ཤིག༔ དེ་ལ་མ་ཆགས་ཤིག་མ་ཞེན་ཅིག༔ འོད་སེར་པོ་གསལ་ལ་འཚེར་བ་དེ་ལ་མོས་པ་གྱིས་ལ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ལ་འདུན་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གཏོད་ལ་སྨོན་ལམ་འདི་སྐད་དུ་ཐོབ་ཅིག༔ ཀྱེ་མ་ང་རྒྱལ་དྲག་པོས་འཁོར་བར་འཁྱམས་ཚེ༔ མཉམ་ཉིད་ཡེ་ཤེས་གསལ་བའི་འོད་ལམ་ལ༔ བཅོམ་ལྡན་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ལམ་སྣ་དྲོངས༔ ཡུམ་མཆོག་མཱ་མ་ཀི་ཡིས་རྒྱབ་ནས་སྐྱོར༔ བར་དོ་འཇིགས་པའི་འཕྲང་ལས་བསྒྲལ་དུ་གསོལ༔ ཡང་དག་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ས་རུ་སྐྱོལ༔ དེ་སྐད་མོས་གུས་དྲག་པོས་སྨོན་ལམ་བཏབ་པས༔ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རིན་ཆེན་འབྱུང་ལྡན་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀར་འཇའ་འོད་དུ་ཐིམ་ནས་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་དཔལ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ནས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པའི་སྐུར་སངས་རྒྱས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ༔ དེ་ལྟར་ངོ་སྤྲད་པས་དབང་པོ་ཇི་ལྟར་ཞན་ཀྱང་གྲོལ་བར་ཐ་ེཚོམ་མེད་དོ༔ ཡང་དེ་ལྟར་ལན་མང་དུ་ངོ་སྤྲད་ཀྱང་

光芒四射地射入你的心中。那时，你会被我慢所控制，对那耀眼的金光感到恐惧而逃离；你会喜欢并执着于那黯淡的蓝色人光。那时，你不要害怕那明亮而清澈、闪耀而清澈的金光，要认识到那是智慧。在那之上，放松于无所作为的状态。或者，对它充满信心和渴望。如果你认识到那是你自性智慧的光芒，即使没有祈祷和发愿，所有的身和光芒都会与你无分别地融合，你将成佛。如果你没有认识到那是你自性智慧的光芒，那么那是世尊宝生佛的慈悲之光。要以“我皈依”的想法生起信心，并祈祷。那是世尊宝生佛慈悲之光的铁钩，所以要生起信心。不要喜欢那黯淡的蓝色人光。那是你强烈我慢所积累的习气所致的昏暗光道。如果执着于它，你将堕入人道，遭受生老病死的痛苦，并且没有从轮回中解脱的时候；因为那是阻碍解脱之路的障碍，所以不要用眼睛去看它，放弃我慢！放弃习气！不要执着它，不要迷恋它！要渴望那明亮而闪耀的金光，一心一意地专注于世尊宝生佛，并这样祈祷： 唉！当我被强烈的我慢所迷惑而徘徊于轮回时， 在平等性智慧的明亮光道上， 祈请世尊宝生佛引导我， 祈请圣母玛玛吉从背后支持我， 祈请从中有恐怖的险境中救度我， 祈请带我到圆满正觉的佛地。 如此以强烈的信心祈祷， 世尊宝生佛父尊母尊融入你的心中，化为虹光，你将从南方吉祥的净土中以圆满报身成佛。 如此介绍之后，无论根器多么迟钝，毫无疑问都会解脱。 即使这样多次介绍

Rays of light will pierce into your heart. At that time, you will be controlled by pride, and you will be afraid of that dazzling golden light and run away; you will like and be attached to that dim blue human light. At that time, do not be afraid of that bright and clear, shining and clear golden light, recognize it as wisdom. On top of that, relax into a state of non-doing. Or, have faith and longing for it. If you recognize it as the radiance of your own wisdom, even without making prayers and aspirations, all the body and light will merge with you without distinction, and you will become a Buddha. If you do not recognize it as the radiance of your own wisdom, then it is the compassionate light of the Blessed One Ratnasambhava. Generate faith with the thought "I take refuge," and pray. That is the iron hook of the compassionate light of the Blessed One Ratnasambhava, so generate faith. Do not like that dim blue human light. That is the path of dim light caused by the habits accumulated by your strong pride. If you are attached to it, you will fall into the human realm, suffer the pain of birth, old age, sickness, and death, and there will be no time to be liberated from samsara; because it is an obstacle that blocks the path to liberation, do not look at it with your eyes, abandon pride! Abandon habits! Do not be attached to it, do not be infatuated with it! Long for that bright and shining golden light, focus single-mindedly on the Blessed One Ratnasambhava, and pray like this: Alas! When I am deluded by strong pride and wander in samsara, On the bright path of equality wisdom, Please, Blessed One Ratnasambhava, guide me, Please, Holy Mother Mamaki, support me from behind, Please, save me from the terrifying straits of the bardo, Please, take me to the land of perfect enlightenment. By praying with such strong faith, The Blessed One Ratnasambhava, Father and Mother, will dissolve into your heart as rainbow light, and you will become a Buddha in the Sambhogakaya from the auspicious southern pure land. After such an introduction, no matter how dull the faculties, there is no doubt that they will be liberated. Even after introducing it many times like this
