Knowing. From the heart to the navel, the wisdom of special joy arises. From the navel to the secret place, the wisdom of co-emergent joy arises. It is important to recognize these four wisdoms. The great master said: Then slowly practice rubbing, the essence of the pure and uncontaminated bindu is eightfold, the five knots of the channels, the center of the eyebrows and heart, and the places move from the tip of the vajra and lotus. From "Hum" (Tibetan: ཧཾ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हं,Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ,Literal meaning: Hum) the tilaka drips and reaches the heart. The coarse thoughts of petty desire cease. The arising of bliss in body and mind is the Nirmanakaya. Therefore, move the experience a little harder. For those of bad lineage who do not have good channels, if you move hard, it will quickly be lost. Therefore, try to move slowly. The essence of the bindus is pure and impure. The bindus melt and drip directly, directly, like melting ice. From within the dhuti, the wind pushes the bindu upwards. When it reaches the heart from the throat, the bliss arises more and more than before. Then there is no other appearance or thought, and bliss arises naturally. Bliss is the Sambhogakaya, experiencing this bliss, is the wisdom of supreme joy among the four joys. The thirty-three thoughts arising from hatred cease. At first, the appearance is slightly clear. Continue to move without distraction. The bliss becomes greater and greater, reaching the navel. The power of bliss is greater than before, and joy and bliss arise. Experiencing the Svabhavikakaya, is the wisdom of special joy among the four joys. The forty thoughts arising from desire cease. The second is increase, which is clearer than before. Then adjust the strength and rub and move slowly. When the bindu reaches the root of the vajra channel, the bliss experience increases about sevenfold compared to before. The experience of bliss without thought arises. At that time, mix bliss and emptiness without attachment. If there is attachment, it is an ordinary affliction illusion. In the state of non-attachment, focus on bliss. Stabilize slowly until the bliss disappears. If you feel that bliss is about to disappear, relax the lower gate. Awareness naturally abides in the state of primordial purity. Do not bend the thumb and forefinger, relax the four fish mudras, and the bliss will not disappear, it will naturally abide. If you feel that bliss is about to disappear, urge it a little. If you feel that bliss is about to be lost, relax the lower gate. These two are done alternately, experienced and stabilized. Bliss is lasting, joy is immeasurable, and bliss and emptiness without grasping is the Dharmakaya.

This is the intention (of the Buddhas). Among the four joys, co-emergent joy is when the seven conceptualizations arising from delusion cease. It is said to be the attainment of the third wisdom, giving rise to the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptualization. This is the intention of the Buddhas of the three times. When looking at the nature of bliss during bliss, nothing is established, the nature is primordially pure emptiness. Among the four joys, joy of separation from joy is. As it says in the Manjushri Root Tantra: "Free from attachment, transcending the body, unsurpassed, without comparison, invisible, non-manifest, not a revealer, unchanging, all-pervading, omnipresent, subtle, without outflows, free from seeds." And so on. The nihilistic view is not a blank void, it is knowing and clear. Clarity is not established as a sign, it is empty in bliss. Without conceptual thoughts of signs, it is the state of bliss. Its very nature is empty, and its self-nature is bliss. The aspect is clear, knowing, and without conceptualization. The essence abides in a state of non-duality. In that state, everything is completely fulfilled. That is the completion stage of the unsurpassed mantra. That is the intention of the four bodies of the Buddhas. The continuous abiding in that is Buddhahood. Because people do not understand such a key point, during meditative absorption, there is only a moment of bliss. Although there is ordinary desire during times of enjoyment, without knowing the three - holding, gathering, and increasing - ordinary desire is indulged freely, and short-lived bliss becomes the cause of suffering. Attachment to bliss causes one to fall into the desire realm. Attachment to clarity causes one to fall into the form realm. Attachment to emptiness causes one to fall into the formless realm. Without attachment to bliss, clarity, and emptiness themselves, practicing transcends the abodes of the three realms. Therefore, it is also called a noble one. Bliss continuously abides in that state. Because one goes from the mud of suffering to bliss. Suffering is extinguished without even the name of suffering. Because the wisdom of great bliss increases. Therefore, it is named Buddhahood. Thus, if one recognizes the nature of bliss. As it says in the Manjushri Root Tantra: "The suffering of the three sufferings is pacified, the three are eliminated, the three infinite liberations are attained, and one is definitely liberated from all obscurations." And so on. After that, if bliss seems to be dissipating, the Bodhisattva should abandon bliss and think of death. One should reverse it with a strong antidote of disgust. This becomes the supreme discipline of asceticism. By keeping the woman of afflictions far away, the torment of desire cannot be reversed by antidotes.
