By habituating the key point of quiescence, wind and mind are rightly inserted into the central channel, so it is said. Commentary: A single bindu can enable one to enjoy a hundred vidyas in one night. If one does not know how to hold, the bindu will leak. Pleasure is short-lived, and constriction of the channels and fluids, etc., will cause stabbing pains. If one knows how to hold, pleasure will be long-lasting. Defiled pleasure will appear as undefiled. Without disturbing the place, it moves in its own place and generates pleasure. It is easy to draw from the depths. The lotus becomes dry and small. The vajra gains strength and power. By destroying the thoughts of attachment, pleasure and emptiness become of equal taste and are churned, and holding is strengthened and practiced for a long time. If holding the bindu seems to cause the vajra's strength to be lost, then one should directly observe the vajra entering the lotus. If one cannot see, then feel with the hand, opening and closing the lower gate, and contemplating the longing for the consort will generate strength. Allowing the consort to make gestures towards oneself will also generate it. Also, one should not hold on too tightly. Reversing and drawing upwards is: rolling the eyes upwards, pressing the tongue against the palate, bringing the abdomen close to the waist, pressing the clasped fingers of the hands into the ground, and putting weight on the body. The key point of the wind is to strongly draw in the lower wind and suppress the upper wind. Mix the upper and lower winds and draw them inward. The object of focus is to visualize a red Hūṃ (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the base of the vajra. It gathers all the essence. Like drinking milk from a tube, draw it slenderly to the crown of the head. Also, by uniting this object of focus and the wind wheels into one, draw it upwards and bind it above. By this, it will surely be reversed. Furthermore, drawing inward and drawing the Hūṃ (藏文ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体 हूँ,梵文罗马拟音hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), etc., should be done without separating from the consort. If one does not know how to draw, the bindu will leak, and the vajra, perineum, and kidneys will become diseased. If one knows how to reverse, the vajra's strength will be lost and it will become short. If pleasure is empty, then great bliss is satisfied. The senses are blissful. Awareness is softened. Body and mind become relaxed. The lower part also becomes cool. Having reversed in this way, spreading it throughout the body is: the key point of the wind is to draw in the lower wind and strongly suppress the upper wind, holding it like a union vase, and fully inflating the abdomen. The object of focus is to visualize all the fine channels and pores of the body as being empty and hollow, and within them, the bindus roll like mercury droplets, filling the inside with pleasure.

Meditate on oozing out from all pores. The whirling is: lion dance, shaking and rotating the head, lion's vigor shaking, twisting and striking the upper body, planting the hands on the ground and putting weight on the fingers, rotating the waist, slapping and intimidating the body, kicking and striking the dance, running, twisting the whole body, dancing the four postures and holding the breath fiercely, placing the mind in emptiness, and so on. After spreading out in this way, straighten the body upright, or lie supine and do not move. Without speaking, without thinking, relax and let the reality be free from elaboration, the mind being pure by its very nature, awareness transcending negation and affirmation, appearance being without grasping, like a distracted scene, empty and without characteristics, like the bliss of resting, without a definite target, like the distraction of a madman, without the antidote of mindfulness, like a child distracted by objects, the three doors being uncorrected and relaxed like an old man basking in the sun, the six aggregates being liberated from objects like a small child being full, no matter what appears, it dawns as bliss, and experiences and realizations arise like a young woman relaxing her mind. Therefore, from the enjoyment of the five desirable qualities to the end, do not let contaminated bliss and clinging with attachment take over even for a moment, but do not separate from the experience of bliss and emptiness being of equal taste and realizing emptiness like the sky. For all desirable qualities, without distraction, without attachment, without clinging, one should know that they are like dreams and illusions, and enjoy them as the play of Dharma. At the time of entering into equipoise, the wind enters the central channel, and latent thoughts are aroused, so that clear and non-discriminating wisdom arises, and the intention of the Buddha appears. In the state of no coming and going, no permanence and annihilation, no beginning and no end, let go of thought, and rest nakedly without anything to do in the mind. Relying on the bliss of the contaminated body, uncontaminated wisdom arises in the mind, and relying on the condition of desire, one will realize the Dharma. The uncontaminated Dharma, which is free from thought and without anything to do in the mind, appears. Recognize it and spend time in the state of rootlessness. Third, drawing the essence of the consort, ghee.
