Moreover, there are still those who do not know how to direct their minds to cultivate the essence of reality. Therefore, if one can grasp the essential point of practicing the Dharma without error, rather than understanding a vast array of terms and verbal elaborations, that is the Perfection of Wisdom. Then, the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva Guru, which purifies sins and obscurations, is as follows: Generally, to confess sins, one needs to have the four opponent powers complete. If they are complete, sins can be completely purified; if they are not complete, they cannot be purified. Therefore, the previous holy ones also said that generally, sins have no merit, but if one confesses, they can be purified, and that is the merit of sin. If one only utters words of confession with the mouth, it is said that it can only be slightly reduced, but it cannot be purified. There are many methods taught for confessing sins and downfalls properly, and among them, the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva is extremely profound. In the past, there was someone called the Brahmin Conch Rosary, and he had a student called Prince Good Vision, who, out of jealousy, committed a terrible act of disrespect towards his teacher. That teacher also became angry with him and cast a curse, as a result of which both teacher and student fell into the hell realm. At that time, all the Tathagatas consulted together, and glorious Vajrasattva appeared and taught the instruction of Naraka Dongtruk, the king who fulfills all breakages, and gradually placed them on the level of vidyadharas. Like that, if one summarizes the essential points of such a profound instruction and practices it, then, regarding the aspect of the power of the support: Visualize yourself in an ordinary state, and in the sky above your crown, one arrow-length or one cubit high, there is a white lotus with a thousand petals blooming, and on top of that lotus, there is a full moon disc the size of a myrobalan fruit. In the center of the moon disc, visualize a white "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, blazing with radiant light. It completely transforms into Vajrasattva Guru, whose body color is white like pure crystal, with one face and two arms. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra representing wisdom and emptiness, pointing towards the heart. The left hand holds a bell representing appearance and emptiness, resting on the hip. The two legs are in a half-lotus posture with the right leg slightly extended. The body is adorned with the thirteen ornaments of the complete enjoyment body, which are silk garments, etc.

The five ornaments and eight precious adornments, the five silk garments are: a white silk upper garment and lower skirt. The lower body is wrapped with a colorful waistband, reaching the Khaso cushion. A turquoise silk shawl. Silk hangings, pendants hanging in front of the left and right ears, the two streamers counted as one, totaling five. The eight ornaments are: a precious head ornament, the two earrings counted as one, a necklace, the two armlets counted as one, a Serdok and necklace strung with jewels, from the chest to above the breasts, the two ends crossed behind the neck, hanging down on the left and right in front. All the bracelets and anklets counted as one. All the tooth ornaments counted as one. The waistband, totaling eight. On the moon disc at the heart of Vajrasattva, in the center is a white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, radiant with light. Around it, counterclockwise, starting with the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) syllable in front, arranged in three layers, and the final Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: Āḥ) syllable is also visualized in front of the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable. This method of visualization is called the "All-Encompassing Jewel Method." The Guru Vajrasattva is the embodiment of all the root and lineage gurus, all the peaceful and wrathful deities of the mandala, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. By praying to him alone, one will receive all the blessings of their compassion. For example, drinking a drop of ocean water is like drinking all the water of the four continents. The power of confession is: to sincerely remember the faults of past misdeeds and generate remorse from the depths of one's heart. Although the types of sins are countless, they should be summarized and taken to heart. The ten non-virtuous actions, the five heinous crimes, the near five heinous crimes, the four heavy sins, the eight wrong views, violating the outer Pratimoksha vows, violating the inner Bodhisattva vows, violating the secret Vidyadhara mantra vows. In particular, engaging in conflict among Vajra brothers, disobeying the Guru's instructions, and using snuff are very serious offenses. The former Lama Tsampa Rinpoche also often spoke about the faults of using snuff. If a learned monk uses snuff, it is a very base behavior. In general
